Песков не исключил встречу президентов РФ и США в Саудовской Аравии

Вариант, что встреча президентов РФ и США Владимира Путина и Дональда Трампа состоится в Саудовской Аравии, исключать нельзя, но пока конкретики по месту проведения очного саммита нет. Об этом пресс-секретарь российского лидера Дмитрий Песков сообщил ТАСС.
«Такой вариант нельзя исключать. Но конкретики по этому вопросу пока нет», - сказал представитель Кремля, отвечая на вопрос, обсуждались ли варианты места для потенциального саммита и возможен ли вариант Саудовской Аравии, как ранее сообщали в Белом доме.
Ранее советник президента США по национальной безопасности Майк Уолтц заявил, что он согласился с помощником президента России Юрием Ушаковым в том, что обе стороны проведут дальнейшие переговоры в столице Саудовской Аравии Эр-Рияде.
По словам Уолтца, переговоры будут направлены на «расширение частичного прекращения огня, которого президент Трамп добился от России».
О вероятности переговоров в Эр-Рияде заявил также спецпосланник Трампа Стив Уиткофф.
