Պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումից եւ միջուկային գործարքի իրագործումն սկսելուց հետո եկել է նոր Իրանի ստեղծման ժամանակը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել է Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանին IRINN հեռուստաալիքով ելույթ ունենալով «Ֆաջր» տասնօրյակի (փետրվարի 1-11) սկսվելու կապակցությ ամբ, որն ավարտվում է 1979 թվականի իսլամական հեղափոխության տարեդարձի տոնակատարությամբ:
«Այժմ երկրի համար եկել է արարումի, նոր Իրանի ստեղծման ժամանակաշրջանը»,- ասել է նախագահը: «Եվ մենք պետք է լցվենք արիությամբ ու լուծենք մեր ներքին հիմնախնդիրները, որոնք կախված չեն պատժամիջոցներից»:
Այժմ նոր մթնոլորտ է ստեղծվել աշխարհի հետ գործակցելու համար: «Գործողությունների համատեղ համընդհանուր պլանի իրագործումն սկսելուց հետո բոլոր առումներով մեզ համար նոր դարագլուխ է բացվել քաղաքականության, տնտեսության եւ մշակույթի բնագավառում»,- ընդգծել է Իրանի նախագահը:
Անդրադառնալով Իրանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի միջեւ հարաբերությունների հնարավոր զարգացման հեռանկարներին՝ Ռոուհանին նշել Է, որ Իրանը չի խանգարի ամերիկյան ներդրումների եւ տեխնոլոգիաների գալուն: «Մենք չենք խոչընդոտի ամերիկացիների մուտքը Իրան՝ իրենց ներդրումներով կամ տեխնոլոգիաներով»,- ասել է Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահը, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
