Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում ստատուսներով խնդրում է Ալիևին ստորագրել «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը», Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է սպառնալ Հայաստանին, Ալիևն էլ չի հրաժարվում իր պահանջներից։

Մասնավորաբար, Ալիեւը չի հրաժարվում ո՛չ միջանցքից, ո՛չ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության պահանջից, ո՛չ ադրբեջանցիներին Հայաստանում բնակեցնելու իր ծրագրերից և ո՛չ էլ անկլավների թեմայից։ Ինչպես գրեց մամուլը՝ ՔՊ վերջին փակ նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը թիմին ասել է, թե «Ալիեւը պնդում է, որ Տիգրանաշենը վերցնելու է, ինչպես նաեւ` Տավուշում իրեն «պատկանող» երեք տարածքները, որոնց թվում նաեւ Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհից մի հատված»: 

Ի՞նչ են մտածում տիգրանաշենցիները, ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է Տիգրանաշենում՝ նորից թափ առած այս անհանգստացնող լուրերի ֆոնին. MediaHub-ը զրուցեց Պարույր Սևակ ու Տիգրանաշեն բնակավայրերի վարչական ղեկավար Լյուդվիգ Ստեփանյանի հետ:

«Այժմ Տիգրանաշենում եմ գտնվում, ու ամեն ինչ նորմալ է։ Ժողովուրդը, կարելի է ասել, նման խոսակցությունների ուշադրություն չի դարձնում, քանի որ ամեն ինչ իր հունով գնում է»,- նշեց Ստեփանյանը։

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք այս կրակոցների մասին կեղծ լուրերի ֆոնին հանգիստ մթնոլորտ է Տիգրանաշենում, մեզ զրուցակիցը պատասխանեց․ «Տիգրանաշենը սահմանից որոշակի չափով հեռու է, անմիջապես սահմանին կից չէ, հանգիստ է»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին, թե ինչպես ես համայնքում վերաբերվում Տիգրանաշենը հանձնելու մասին լուրերին, Լյուդվիգ Ստեփանյանն ասաց․ «Տիգրանաշենի մասին տարբեր տեսակի ու բովանդակության նյութեր գրում է միայն մամուլը։ Իրականությունն այլ է։ Բանն այն է, որ մեզ մոտ ոչինչ չի փոխվում, ժողովուրդը, մեծ հաշվով, ուշադրություն չի դարձնում: Ամեն ինչ նորմալ է, մարդիկ իրենց օրակարգով ապրում են, պտտվող լուրերը վաղուց են, ու արդեն սովորական են դարձել, մարդիկ դրանց ուշադրություն չեն դարձնում»։

Բնականաբար հարցին, թե արդյոք տիգրանաշենցիները  դիտարկում են գյուղը լքելու տարբերակը, մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց՝ ոչինչ չի փոխվել, ապա ևս մեկ անգամ հավաստիացրեց՝ ամենը նորմալ է։

Հիշեցնենք, Ալիևի օգնականը, օրերս խոսելով անկլավների մասին, նշել է, որ Հայաստանը «պետք է Ադրբեջանին վերադարձնի» նաև Սադարակի շրջանի Քարքի (Տիգրանաշեն) գյուղը։ 

Նշենք, որ ինչպես գրել էր մամուլը, ԵԿՄ նախագահ, ՔՊ վարչության անդամ Սասուն Միքայելյանը փակ նիստում Փաշինյանին հարցրել է՝ իսկ հնարավոր չէ՞ Տիգրանաշենն Արծվաշենով փոխարինել, ակնհայտ է, որ Տիգրանաշենը վերցնելով՝ Սյունիքն ու Վայոց Ձորը կտրվելու են Հայաստանից։

Փաշինյանը հարցից վրդովվել է, թե ինձ մղում եք հանցագործությա՞ն, ինչպե՞ս կարող եմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը պատկանող տարածքի վերաբերյալ միանձնյա որոշում կայացնել եւ Արծվաշենն իմ ստորագրությամբ թողնել Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

Արարատի մարզի Տիգրանաշեն բնակավայրը, որը Պարույր Սևակ խոշորացված համայնքի թաղամաս է համարվում 2002 թվականից, մեծ հավանականությամբ հանձնվելու է Ադրբեջանին։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռ  2023 թվականի մայիսի 22-ին հրապարակային ասել էր, որ ինքը Տիգրանաշենը ճանաչում է որպես Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության մաս։
