Ի՞նչ է զգուշացնում Չինաստանի դեսպանատունն իր քաղաքացիներին, ու ի՞նչ կապ ունի Հայաստանը

Ըստ Հայաստանում Չինաստանի ժողովրդական Հանրապետության դեսպանության պաշտոնական կայքի հաղորդման, վերջերս ոմանք հայտնել են, որ կարող են Չինաստանի քաղաքացիներին օգնել վիզա ստանալ Հայաստանի միջոցով, ապա Հայաստանից, որպես տրանզիտ երկիր, մեկնել Եվրամիության, Լատինական Ամերիկայի երկրներ կամ Ռուսաստան և այլ վայրեր՝ «բարձր վարձատրությամբ» աշխատելու։ Իրականում նրանք ձևակերպել էին փաստաթղթեր, որոնք չէին համապատասխանում վիզային, ինչն էլ հանգեցրել է նրան, որ այդ քաղաքացիները մնան Հայաստանում։

Դեսպանությունը Չինաստանի քաղաքացիներին խնդրում է անպայման ընտրել պաշտոնական և օրինական արտասահմանյան միջնորդներ և աշխատանքի տեղավորման կազմակերպություններ, մանրամասն ստուգել աշխատանքի գործակալության որակավորումը և չհավատալ կասկածելի «աշխատանքի ընդունման հարթակների», «միջնորդ կազմակերպությունների» կամ ծանոթների ու համերկրացիների՝ սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով հրապարակած «բարձր աշխատավարձի» խոստումներին։

Զգուշացվում է, որ անպայման պետք է կնքել պաշտոնական գրավոր աշխատանքային պայմանագիր։ Նշվում է, որ պետք չէ հավատալ այնպիսի հայտարարությունների, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ «Ստորագրեք պայմանագիրը նշանակված վայր հասնելուց հետո»։

Ըստ դեսպանության, պետք է համոզվել, որ վիզան համապատասխանում է մուտքի նպատակին և ունի իրավական կարգավիճակ. «Անօրինական է առանց վիզայի Հայաստան մեկնելը, ինչպես նաև  բիզնես կամ ճամփորդական վիզայով Եվրամիության, Լատինական Ամերիկայի երկրներում կամ Ռուսաստանում աշխատելը։ Չհավատալ կեղծ տեղեկատվություններին, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ «Եկեք Հայաստան վիզա ստանալու, այնուհետև գնացեք երրորդ երկիր»։ Խնդրում ենք նախապես ուսումնասիրել նշանակման երկրի օրենքները, հստակեցնել վիզայի տեսակը, վավերականության ժամկետը և այլն»։

Դեսպանատությունը խնդրում է ապահով վայրում պահել անձնագիրը և այն չհանձնել ուրիշներին, ինչպես նաև զգույշ լինել, որ մյուս կողմը համապատասխան ընթացակարգեր իրականացնելու պատրվակով չպահի անձնագիրն իր մոտ։

Զգուշացնում են, որ վեճերը պետք է լուծել և սեփական իրավունքները պաշտպանել օրենքով  սահմանված կարգով՝ չդիմելով ծայրահեղ քայլերի։ Ըստ «Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության հյուպատոսական պաշտպանության և աջակցության կանոնակարգի համապատասխան դրույթների», եթե Չինաստանի քաղաքացիները օգնություն են խնդրում միջնորդ կազմակերպությունների հետ վեճերի և այլնի պատճառով,  դեսպանատունը տրամադրում է օրինական իրավունքների պաշտպանության առաջարկներ՝ ըստ կոնկրետ իրավիճակի։
