Արդեն տարիներ շարունակ ձևավորված ավանդույթի համաձայն այսօր՝ մարտի 20-ին, նշում ենք Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային օրը։ Հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:

Հայաստանի պետական կառույցների, համայնքների, ֆրանկոֆոն երկրների դեսպանությունների, ֆրանկոֆոն հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, համալսարանների, դպրոցների, թատրոնների, գրադարանների և մշակութային կենտրոնների ջանքերով ամբողջ երկրի տարածքում տեղի են ունենալու հարյուրավոր միջոցառումներ՝ մեծարելով ֆրանսերենը և համախմբվելով ֆրանկոֆոնիան սնուցող արժեքների՝ մշակութային բազմազանության, խաղաղության, ժողովրդավարության և մարդու իրավունքների շուրջ։

Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի այս տոնը ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնում է, որ լեզուն միայն հաղորդակցության միջոց չէ. այն կամուրջ է, որը միավորում է ազգերին, սերմանում փոխադարձ հարգանք և բարեկամություն։

Վերջին տարիներին մեր համագործակցությունը Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության հետ նոր թափ է ստացել, ինչն ուրախությամբ արձանագրեցինք նաև 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Վիլեր Կոտրեում Ֆրանսիայի նախագահությամբ կայացած գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում։ Հայաստանը հատուկ կարևորություն է տալիս պետությունների ղեկավարների այդ կարևորագույն հավաքի ընթացքում ընդունված հռչակագրի և մյուս փաստաթղթերի դրույթների կյանքի կոչմանն՝ ի նպաստ լեզվամշակութային բազմազանության ամրապնդման, երիտասարդության դերակատարության աճի, ինչպես նաև ֆրանկոֆոն տարածաշրջանում համակարտությունների շուտափույթ հանգուցալուծման և խաղաղության ամրապնդման։

Այսօր արդեն մեր երկիրը մեծ եռանդով պատրաստվում է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 10-րդ միջազգային մարզամշակութային խաղերին, որը հյուրընկալելու ենք Երևանում 2027 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ից օգոստոսի 1-ը։ Այս բացառիկ իրադարձությունը ոչ միայն կամրապնդի մեր բարեկամական կապերը ֆրանկոֆոն  երկրների հետ, այլև մեծապես կնպաստի Հայաստանում ֆրանսերեն լեզվի տարածմանն ու ամրապնդմանը։

Բարի երթ եմ մաղթում Հայաստանում Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի հերթական երկամսյակին և բարձր տրամադրություն ու բազում հիշարժան պահեր ցանկանում ինչպես մեր երկրի, այնպես էլ համայն աշխարհի բոլոր ֆրանսախոսներին և ֆրանկոֆոնիայի արժեքները կրողներին։
