Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն նշել է՝ որ դեպքում համաձայնագիրը պատրաստ կլինի ստորագրման

Բաքուն Երևանի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կստորագրի, երբ Հայաստանը «հաղթահարի առկա դժվարությունները»: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարությունը՝ մեկնաբանելով Բրազիլիայի արտգործնախարարի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի ելույթը։
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Բրազիլիայի իր պաշտոնակցի հետ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, որ հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման և սպառազինությունների վերահսկման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի առաջարկներին Ադրբեջանը կառուցողական պատասխան չի տվել: Բացի այդ, չնայած խաղաղության համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու Հայաստանի պատրաստակամությանը, վերջին օրերին Բաքուն կեղծ մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցնում հրադադարի խախտման վերաբերյալ։
«Եթե խաղաղությունը պետք է իրականություն դառնա, ապա երկու կողմերն էլ պետք է հանձնառու լինեն ստեղծելու վստահության և երկխոսության մթնոլորտ։ Չլուծված հումանիտար հարցերի կարգավորումը, այդ թվում՝ գերիների և պահվող անձանց ազատ արձակումը, այս համատեքստում կարող է զգալիորեն թեթևացնել իրավիճակը», - ասել է Միրզոյանը։
Ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարել է, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը խոչընդոտող խնդիրները վերացնելու փոխարեն «հայկական կողմը զբաղվում է մանիպուլյացիաներով՝ փորձելով Ադրբեջանը ներկայացնել որպես խաղաղությամբ չշահագրգռված երկիր»:
Ադրբեջանը պնդում է, թե հենց իր կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցներն են թույլ տվել ավարտին հասցնել խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի շուրջ բանակցությունները:
«Բայց դա ոչ մի դեպքում չի նշանակում, թե մենք անտեսելու ենք Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության նկատմամբ շարունակվող հավակնությունները, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի գործողությունները՝ ուղղված հակամարտության մնացուկ հանդիսացող Մինսկի խումբը և ԵԱՀԿ համապատասխան կառույցները պաշտպանելուն։ Եվս մեկ անգամ հայտարարում ենք, որ երբ Հայաստանը կհաղթահարի առկա դժվարությունները, պայմանագիրը պատրաստ կլինի ստորագրման», - հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն։
Բաքվում նաև նշել են, որ պատրաստվում են դատել «ռազմական հանցագործությունների և էթնիկ զտումների մեջ մեղադրվող» հայ գերիներին, քանի որ դա իրենց «անօտարելի իրավունքն է»:
