ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը նախատեսում է ակտիվորեն ներգրավվել ԱՄՆ Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության նոր նախընտրական քարոզարշավների կազմակերպմանը դաշնային և նահանգային մակարդակներում և միջոցներ հավաքել դրանք ֆինանսավորելու համար դեմոկրատների ժողովրդականության ռեկորդային ցածր մակարդակի պայմաններում: Այս մասին հայտնում է NBC News հեռուստաալիքը՝ հղում անելով նախկին նախագահին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրներին։
