«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս օրերին այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ՔՊ-ն հնարավոր ու անհնար բոլոր ռեսուրսները ներդրել է Գյումրու ավագանու ընտրություններին՝ սկսյալ վարչական ռեսուրսների ներգրավումից, այդ թվում՝ պետական կառույցներում «ցուցակագրումների» պարտադրանք, իրավապահ գործիքակազմի կիրառում, մինչև «գոտկատեղից ներքև» քարոզչությունը: Նպատակը հասկանալի է՝ չափազանց ցածր վարկանիշի պարագայում հասնել գոնե այնպիսի արդյունքի, որ հնարավոր լինի սատելիտ ուժերի հետ կազմել կոալիցիա:

Սակայն այստեղ կա մի քանի խնդիր: Բանն այն է, որ նշյալ «մերձակա» ուժերը, որոնք կարող են կոալիցիա կազմել ՔՊ-ի հետ, հազիվ թե կարողանան հաղթահարել 4/6 տոկոսանոց շեմը: Մյուս կողմից՝ Գյումրիում հիմա արդեն շատ ակտիվորեն քննարկում են տեղեկությունները, որ նույնիսկ ինչ-որ հրաշքով նշյալ ծրագիրը հաջողելու դեպքում անգամ ՔՊ-ի ցուցակի առաջին համար Սարիկ Մինասյանը հազիվ թե դառնա քաղաքապետ, իսկ դառնալու պարագայում երկար չի պաշտոնավարի: Ըստ գյումրեցիների, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ վերջինս կապ է ունեցել տարբեր կուսակցությունների հետ, ՔՊ-ն նրան առաջին պլան է բերել որոշակի քվե ապահովելու համար, քանի որ Գյումրու քպական ռեսուրսն ուղղակի չէր կարողանալու որևէ արդյունք գրանցել: Իսկ ՔՊ վերնախավի քաղաքապետի «սրտի թեկնածուն», ինչի մասին, ի դեպ, գրեցին նաև լրատվամիջոցները, ցուցակի երկրորդ համարն է՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի ազգականը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ինչպես մեզ հետ զրույցում ասում էին շատ գյումրեցիներ, արդար ընտրությունների դեպքում հազիվ թե ՔՊ-ին հաջողվի իրենց ցանկալի քվեներն ստանալ, իսկ եթե ամեն ինչ անեն ու հասնեն մի ցուցանիշի, որը կարող է հույս տալ կոալիցիոն կառավարման դեպքում վերցնել իշխանությունը, պոտենցիալ «կոալիցիոնիստները» կարող են խնդիրներ առաջացնել թեկնածուի առումով:

Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ, մեր տեղեկություններով, առաջիկա օրերին ՔՊ-ն ավելի ինտենսիվ է կիրառելու իրավապահ գործիքակազմը մրցակից թեկնածուների դեմ:
