Ընկույզը հարուստ է ճարպով
1. Ընկույզում պարունակվող ճարպերը օգտակար են օրգանիզմի համար, բայց այն դեպքում, եթե օգտագործվում է սահմանված չափաբաժնով: Ընկույզների կալորիականությունը բարձր է, այդ իսկ պատճառով է պետք է օգտագործել ոչ մեծ քանակությամբ:Հակառակ դեպքում ավելորդ քաշը երաշխավորվում է:
2. Ընկույզները պարունակում են մեծ քանակությամբ սելեն
Եթե մեծ քանակությամբ ընկույզ ուտեք, ապա օրգանիզմը կստանա մեծ քանակությամբ սելեն: Սելենի քանակության ավելցուկը կարող է մկանային ցավերի, մաշկի բորբոքվածության և եղունգների շերտավորման պատճառ դառնալ: Երբեմն սելենի քանակությունը կարող է ալերգիայի պատճառ դառնալ:
3. Ընկույզը պարունակում է դուբիլային նյութեր
Եթե սնունդից հետո հաճախակի զգում եք ծանրություն, ապա անհրաժեշտ է հետևել ընկույզի չափաբաժնին: Մեծ քանակությամբ ընկույզի օգտագործումը արգելվում է , քանի որ այն դժվարությամբ է մարսվում և կարող է մարսողության հետ խնդիրներ առաջացնել:
Ընկույզը նպաստում է մկանների աճին, շատ լավ խթանում է ուղեղի աշխատանքը և լավ ազդեցություն է ունենում մաշկի և մազերի համար:
Կարևորը չափաբաժնի պահպանումն է, օրական պետք է ուտել մեկ բուռից ոչ ավելի: Պետք չէ ծանրաբեռնել մարմինը՝ դրանից այն ավելի շուտ է ծերանում:
