Բելգիայի դաշնային խորհրդարանում լսումներ կանցկացվեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ բանաձևի նախագծի շուրջ

Բելգիայի դաշնային խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախաձեռնությամբ ապրիլի 2-ին տեղի կունենան լսումներ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ բանաձևի նախագծի շուրջ։
Բրյուսելում «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի փոխանցմամբ՝ բանաձևի նախագիծն ամիսներ առաջ առաջարկվել է դաշնային պատգամավորներ Էլս Վան Հուֆի և Միշել դը Մաեգդի կողմից։
Բանաձևի նախագիծը ներկայացրած բելգիացի դաշնային պատգամավոր Էլս Վան Հուֆը «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշել է՝ շատ է կարևորում փաստը, որ Բելգիան աջակցի Հայաստանին՝ մի երկրի, որը կիսում է ժողովրդավարության, իրավունքի գերակայության և միջազգային իրավունքի նկատմամբ հարգանքի նույն արժեքները։
«Ես խորապես ցնցված էի Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակումից, Ադրբեջանի հետագա ագրեսիայից ընդդեմ Արցախի ժողովրդի և Ադրբեջանի շարունակական ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունից՝ ընդդեմ Հայաստանի։ Բելգիան և Եվրոպան պետք է ճնշում գործադրեն Ադրբեջանի վրա, որպեսզի այն լիովին հարգի Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը և անկեղծորեն աշխատի կայուն խաղաղության հաստատման ուղղությամբ։ Եթե Ադրբեջանը շարունակի խախտել միջազգային իրավունքը, անհրաժեշտ է, որ եվրոպական մակարդակում սահմանափակումներ կիրառվեն, և ԵՄ-ի հարաբերությունները Ադրբեջանի հետ վերանայվեն։ Սա է իմ բանաձևի կոչը», - ասել է Էլս Վան Հուֆը։
Միշել դե Մաեգդն էլ նշել է, որ անընդունելի է, որ հայ գերիները դեռևս անմարդկային պայմաններում պահվում են Բաքվի բանտերում։ Դաշնային պատգամավորը շեշտել է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է գործի։
«Մենք պետք է բարձրացնենք մեր ձայնը։ Մենք պետք է հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով ուժեղացնենք ճնշումն Ադրբեջանի վրա։ Այս հարցն այս շաբաթ կրկին քննարկել եմ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի և վարչապետի հետ։ Խնդիրը հրատապ է։ Այս բանաձևի առաջարկը հենց այս նպատակին է ծառայում։ Այն հորդորում է կառավարությանը գործել և կիրառել իր լծակները։ Պահանջում է Ալիևի վարչակարգի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ։ Ես կմնամ լիովին ներգրավված, ինչպես միշտ, և երբեք չեմ հրաժարվի այս պայքարից», - Բրյուսելում «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է Միշել դը Մաեդգը։
Բանաձևի առաջարկված նախագծի առանցքային կետերի թվում են արցախահայության անվտանգ վերադարձի հարցը, Ադրբեջանի թշնամական հռետորաբանությունը, տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության անհրաժեշտությունը, հայ գերիների ազատումը, հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանությունն ու շատ այլ հարցեր։
