Ապրիլին կսկսվի ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար ԵՄ վիզաների ազատականացման բանակցությունների հաջորդ փուլը

Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների համար Եվրամիության վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ բանակցությունները շարունակվում են։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ԱԺ եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի արտահերթ նիստում։
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ բանակցությունները մեկնարկել էին 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին, որի ընթացքում տեղի ունեցան Եվրամիության համապատասխան պատվիրակության հետ ինտենսիվ բանակցություններ։
«Հաջորդ փուլը նախատեսվում է 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 7-11-ը, երբ կգա երկրորդ պատվիրակությունը։ Մենք բավականին լավ ենք պատրաստվել այս գործընթացին, տարբեր գերատեսչություններում մեր գործընկերները պատշաճ նախապատրաստված են։ Եվ անգամ եվրոպացի գործընկերները հաճելիորեն զարմացած են մեր պատրաստվածության մակարդակից»,–նշեց փոխնախարարը։
Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ չնայած գործընթացն ակտիվ փուլում է, այս պահին հնարավոր չէ նշել հստակ ժամկետ, թե երբ այն կավարտվի։
«Եվրամիության գործընկերները միշտ խուսափում են վերջնաժամկետներ նշել։ Այստեղ կարող ենք դիտարկել այլ երկրների փորձը, որտեղ նման գործընթացները տևել են 3-ից 6 տարի։ Բայց, կարծում եմ, Հայաստանի պարագայում այդ գործընթացը առավել արագ կանցնի, քան մի շարք այլ երկրների դեպքում։ Եվ այս հարցը մենք շարունակում ենք պահել մեր օրակարգում»,- եզրափակեց Հովհաննիսյանը։
ԵՄ խորհուրդը 2024 թվականի հուլիսին Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների համար վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ Հայաստանի հետ երկխոսություն սկսելու որոշում էր կայացրել։ Հայաստանը և Եվրոպական միությունը 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ին հայտարարեցին ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար Եվրամիության վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության մեկնարկի մասին։ 2025 թվականի փետրվարին վիզաների ազատականացման գործընթացի շրջանակներում Հայաստան էր ժամանել ԵՄ փորձագիտական առաքելությունը։
