Սպիտակցի Հայկոյի որդին՝ Հրաչյա Ղևոնդյանը, 1 տարի անց արդարացվեց։ Այս մասին հայտնում են փաստաբաններ Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը և Ալեքսանդ Կոչուբաևը։
Ավելի վաղ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր. «Երգիչ Սպիտակցի Հայկոյի որդու քրեական գործով քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնվել է անորոշ վիճակում։ Բանն այն է, որ հայտնի երգչի որդու` Հրաչյա Ղեւոնդյանի քրեական հետապնդման ժամկետը լրանում է, քննչական կոմիտեն պետք է որոշում կայացնի. կա’մ գործը կարճի, կա’մ այն ուղարկի դատարան։
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը հայտնել էր, որ Հրաչյա Ղեւոնդյանի կալանավորումը մնացել է իրավապահ համակարգի կոկորդին։ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը մինչեւ վերջ պայքարեց, հասավ մինչեւ Վճռաբեկ դատարան ու արդյունքում պարտվեց, քանի որ հիմքեր չկան կալանքի: ՀՀ դատարանները հրաժարվեցին երգչի որդուն կալանքի տանել։
Ինչպես հայտնի է, 2024 թվականի մայիսի 23-ին Հրաչյա Ղեւոնդյանն ազատ էր արձակվել առաջին ատյանի դատարանի նիստերի դահլիճից. դատարանը, հիմնավոր կասկածի բացակայության հիմքով, մերժել էր քննիչի՝ նրան կալանավորելու միջնորդությունը։
Բանն այն է, որ քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարել էր, որ իշխանությունը բռնությամբ զավթելու փորձ է կանխել: Իշխանությունը յուրացնելու նախապատրաստության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հանրությանը «Սպիտակցի Հայկո» անունով հայտնի երգիչ Հայկ Ղեւոնդյանի որդուն. նրան կալանավորելու միջնորդություն էր ներկայացվել:
Քննչական կոմիտեն տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել, որում մի տղամարդ դժգոհում էր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած քաղաքականությունից. «Ստեղ մի ելք կա՝ մտնենք կառավարությունը գրավենք, մտնենք Ազգային ժողով՝ գրավենք, մտնենք ոստիկանության շենք՝ գրավենք: Հիմա ես պատրաստ եմ մեռնեմ, ցավդ տանեմ, պիտի կրակեն՝ թող կրակեն, ավելի լավ ա մի 10-20 մարդ մեռնի, բայց, ընկեր, երկիր պահես»:
Քննչականը պնդում է, թե այս խոսքերի հեղինակը Հրաչյա Ղեւոնդյանն է, որը նպատակ է ունեցել մի խումբ անձանց հետ զավթելու իշխանությունը. թե ովքեր են այդ անձինք, իրավապահները դեռ չեն պարզել, բայց, ըստ նախաքննական մարմնի, դիտարկվել էր նաեւ հանրահավաքին այդ ծրագիրն իրագործելու հարցը:
Ղեւոնդյանը չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը։ Նրա փաստաբանը հայտարարել էր՝ ձայնագրությունը մոնտաժված է, կոնտեքստից կտրված, իսկ իր պաշտպանյալն իշխանությունը զավթելու որեւէ մտադրություն չի ունեցել»:
