Խորհրդարանը քվեարկությամբ ընդունեց մի շարք նախագծեր

Ազգային ժողովը քվեարկությամբ ընդունեց մի շարք օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նիստի մեկնարկին քվեարկության դրվեց «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում և փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Օրենքի նախագծին կողմ քվեարկեց 114 պատգամավր, դեմ և ձեռնպահ քվեարկողներ չեղան: Նախագիծն ընդունվեց առաջին ընթերցմամբ: Օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը վերաբերում է շրջանառության հարկի՝ երկրորդային հումքի իրացումից ստացվող եկամուտների նկատմամբ հաշվարկված 5 տոկոսի փոխարեն 1.5 տոկոսի կիրարկմանը: Վարդան Այվազյանի խոսքով՝ երկրորդային հումք են համարվում «Թափոնների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ արտադրության և սպառման թափոններ համարվող ապրանքները, այդ թվում՝ արտադրության կամ սպառման ընթացքում գոյացած հումքը, նյութերը, արգասիքները և այլ արտադրանքի մնացորդներն ու սկզբնական սպառողա կան հատկությունները կորցրած արտադրանքը:
Այնուհետև քվեարկության դրվեց «Բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» եւ «Կրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը: Նախագծերի փաթեթին կողմ քվեարկեց 111, դեմ՝ 2 պատգամավոր, ձեռնպահ քվեարկողներ չեղան: Օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունն ընդունվեց երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ:
