«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

yugsn.ru–ն «Միխայլով. Հայաստանը ճիշտ կանի, եթե դադարեցնի ԱՄՆ կենսալաբորատորիաների աշխատանքն իր հողում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Երևանի բնակիչները Թրամփի վարչակազմին կոչ են արել դադարեցնել Պենտագոնի կենսաբանական պատերազմի ռազմակայանների գործունեությունը Հայաստանում։ Հանրահավաքը տեղի է ունեցել ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան մոտ։ Ցուցարարների կոչերը կատեգորիկ էին. «Ո՛չ ԱՄՆ մահացու կենսաբանական լաբորատորիաներին»։ Ակտիվիստները նաև ստորագրահավաք են սկսել Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստին Քուինի փոխարինման պահանջով։ Նրանք ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվող իրենց հայրենակիցներին առաջարկում են նույնն անել ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցի հետ։

«Լավրովը բազմիցս է պահանջել, որ ռուս փորձագետներին թույլ տան մուտք գործել այդ օբյեկտներ (Հայաստանում), սակայն նրա խնդրանքները շարունակում են անտեսվել։ Վերջին սկանդալային լուրն այն էր, որ Լուգարի լաբորատորիան Վրաստանից տեղափոխվում է Հայաստան: Դա անհանգստություն է առաջացրել միջազգային հանրության մեջ, քանի որ բոլորն են հասկանում մեկ փոքր երկրում այդքան շատ լաբորատորիաներ ունենալու վտանգները։ Արդեն եղել են վտանգավոր վիրուսների արտահոսքեր, անասունների անկում, վտանգավոր հիվանդությունների աճ»,- ասել է քաղաքագետ Եվգենի Միխայլովը։ Փորձագետի կարծիքով, նման տասնյակ օբյեկտների աշխատանքը դժվար թե անմիջապես դադարեցվի։ Միգուցե Հայաստանը ավելի ճիշտ որոշում կայացնի և առնվազն կասեցնի լաբորատորիաների աշխատանքը։

«Կարծում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև հարաբերությունների վերջին բարելավումների ֆոնին, երբ առնվազն երկխոսություն է հաստատվել, Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ Միացյալ Նահանգների որոշակի հենակետը: ԱՄՆ-ը լարված հարաբերություններ ունի Գերմանիայի հետ, Վրաստանը դադարել է լինել ամերիկյան հենակետը Հարավային Կովկասում»,- նշել է Միխայլովը։ Վերջերս հայտնի է դարձել, որ ԱՄՆ-ը նախատեսում է Գերմանիայից Հայաստան տեղափոխել ավելի քան հարյուր միավոր ռազմական տեխնիկա։ «Տարբեր նպատակներ կարող են լինել, բայց ես կասկածում եմ, որ նպատակը Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակի ապակայունացումն է։ Կարծում եմ, որ այդ ամենն ուղղված է առաջին հերթին Իրանի դեմ»,- կարծիք է հայտնել Միխայլովը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Դոնալդ Թրամփն Իրանին վերջնագիր է ներկայացրել՝ վերանայել միջուկային համաձայնագիրը կամ պատերազմ։

Մինչդեռ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անսպասելի հրահանգել է բոլոր պետական կառույցներին՝ վերականգնել կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Տրամադրության նման փոփոխության պատճառը «աշխարհաքաղաքական վերջին փոփոխություններն են»: Ռուսաստանի հետ բարեկամությունը վերականգնելու համար Փաշինյանը որոշել է գնալ Մոսկվա՝ Հաղթանակի շքերթին: Նույն ցանկությունն է հայտնել նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։ Եվգենի Միխայլովը հնարավոր է համարում, որ մայիսյան տոներին ռուսական կողմի մասնակցությամբ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագիր կստորագրվի։ «Հենց Ռուսաստանն էր 2020 թվականին Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղապահ գործընթացի երաշխավորը։ Հենց Մոսկվան դադարեցրեց մարտերը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև»,- հիշեցրել է Միխայլովը։
