ԱԺ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովի անդամները ՄԻՊ թեկնածուներին պետք է ներկայացնեն մինչև փետրվարի 9-ը ներառյալ

Ազգային ժողովի պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեկնածուների վերաբերյալ դիմումները պետք է հանձնաժողովի նախագահին ներկայացնեն մինչև փետրվարի 9-ը ներառյալ: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովի նիստի մեկնարկին հայտարարեց ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը: «Հարգելի գործընկերներ, հիշեցնեմ, որ պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անÕ �ամները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեկնածուների դիմումները պետք է հանձնաժողովի նախագահին ներկայացնեն 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում: Այսինքն՝ մինչև փետրվարի 9-ը ներառյալ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Սահակյանը:
Ազգային ժողովը փետրվարի 2-ին քվեարկությամբ հաստատեց Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ընտրության կարգը: Սահմանվում է, որ Ազգային ժողովի պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովն է իրավասու Ազգային ժողովին ներկայացնելու Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեկնածուի վերաբերյալ առաջարկություն, հաշվի առնելով, մասնավորապես` սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների, պետական մարմինների կազմավորման, ինչպես նաեւ՝ օրենսդրական ակտերի կատարելագործման գործընթացում նշված հանձնաժողովի կարեւոր դերը: Օրենքի նախագծով սահմանվել են նաեւ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի թեկնածուների վերաբերյալ հանձնաժողովին դիմումների ներկայացման կարգն ու ժամկետները:
