ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի օպերատիվ-հետախուզական վարչության կողմից իրականացված միջոցառումների հիման վրա նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով հիմնավորվել է, որ չափագրման ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերության տնօրենն օժանդակել է ՀՀ կադաստրի կոմիտեի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման ղեկավարի տեղակալի կողմից ապօրինի վարձատրություն ստանալուն, ինչպես նաև անձամբ կաշառք է տվել ՊՆ պաշտոնատար անձին:

Այս մասին հայտնում են Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից։

Այսպես՝ անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքի պետական գրանցման համար քաղաքացու կողմից ՀՀ կադաստրի կոմիտե ներկայացված դիմումը քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերին չհամապատասխանելու հիմքով մերժվելուց հետո վերջինս հարցի լուծման համար դիմել է վերը նշված ընկերության տնօրենին: Նա էլ, իր հերթին, դիմել է Կադաստրի կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձին, ով խնդիրը կարգավորելու համար պահանջել է 1.500 ԱՄՆ դոլար ապօրինի վարձատրություն: Հարցի շուրջ համաձայնության գալուց հետո պաշտոնյան քաղաքացուն ուղղորդել է նոր դիմում ներկայացնել կոմիտե՝ այլ հիմքերով:

2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 14-ին քաղաքացին պահանջված 1.500 ԱՄՆ դոլարը տվել է ընկերության տնօրենին, ով նույն օրը 1.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը Կադաստրի կոմիտեի աշխատակցի միջոցով փոխանցել է վերը նշված պաշտոնատար անձին, իսկ մնացած գումարը տնօրինել է անձամբ: Արդյունքում՝ 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքի պետական գրանցումը կատարվել է:

Բացի այդ, նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ նույն ընկերության տնօրենն իր աշխատակցին հերթական վարժական հավաքին մասնակցելուց ազատելու համար 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերին 100.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք է տվել ՀՀ ՊՆ զորակոչային և զորահավաքային համալրման ծառայության տարածքային ստորաբաժանման պետին: Արդյունքում՝ վերը նշված աշխատակիցը փաստացի ազատվել է վարժական հավաքներից:

Ապօրինի վարձատրություն տալու, ստանալու, դրան օժանդակելու, ինչպես նաև կաշառք տալու և ստանալու համար ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել 6 անձի, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ կադաստրի կոմիտեի և ՊՆ պաշտոնյաներին, ինչպես նաև ընկերության տնօրենին: Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Դատախազի կողմից հաստատվել է մեղադրական եզրակացությունը, և վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
