«Mercedes»-ը վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտնին այն վայրում, որտեղ երեկ մահվան ելքով վրաերթի էր ենթարկվել նրա որդին

Այսօր՝ մարտի 25-ին, վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 16։20-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 63 կմ հատվածում «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան վրաերթի է ենթարկել փողոցը չթույլատրելի հատվածով անցնող հետիոտնի։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, ահազանգել է շտապօգնություն և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը վիրավորին նախ տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել, ապա տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց։
Վարորդը տեղում ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է սթափ։
Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սևանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Վազգեն Կիրակոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սարգիս Մարգարյանի, Սևանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Թորգոմ Չանդոյանի և օրվա հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Սևանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում են վարորդի և վրաերթի ենթարկվածի ինքնությունը։
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով վրաերթի ենթարկվածը երեկ, նույն վայրում վրաերթի հետևանքով մահացածի հայրն է։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը մարտի 24-ին, մահվան ելքով վրաերթ էր տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 20։00-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 63 կմ հատվածում «Dodge Caliber» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան վրաերթի էր ենթարկել փողոցը չթույլատրելի հատվածով անցնող հետիոտնի։
Վարորդը փախուստի չէր դիմել, ահազանգել էր շտապօգնություն և մինչ բժիշկների ժամանումը օգնություն է ցուցաբերել վրաերթի ենթարկվածին, սակայն ժամանած բժիշկները արձանագրել են հետիոտնի մահը, վարորդը այնուհետև ահազանգել է ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին։
Վարորդը տեղում ենթարկվել էր սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է սթափ։
Դեպքի վայր էր ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սևանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Վազգեն Կիրակոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սարգիս Մարգարյանի, Սևանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Թորգոմ Չանդոյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Արամ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Սևանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում են վարորդի և մահացածի ինքնությունը։
