Новым председателем бундестага Германии избрана Юлия Клёкнер

Германский бундестаг на первом заседании после выборов 23 февраля избрал новым председателем Юлию Клёкнер из Христианско-демократического союза (ХДС), сообщает «Немецкая волна».
Кандидатуру Клёкнер во вторник, 25 марта, поддержали 382 из 630 депутатов. Против высказались 204. Еще 31 воздержался, пять голосов признали недействительными.
В первой речи к собранию новый председатель поддержала дальнейшую избирательную реформу. Она напомнила, что, согласно существующему закону о выборах, в 23 избирательных округах ФРГ избранные прямые кандидаты не получили мандата.
Это происходит, если количество избранных напрямую кандидатов превышает число, на которое партия имеет право в соответствии с общенациональной системой пропорционального представительства. Поскольку в «осиротевших» округах в основном победил ХДС, за реформу выступает именно эта партия.
Председатель бундестага - вторая по важности должность в ФРГ после федерального президента. 52-летняя Клёкнер - четвертая женщина на этом посту в истории Германии.
Клёкнер заседала в бундестаге как депутат в 2002-2011 годах. В 2018-2021 году она была министром сельского хозяйства Германии. В сентябре 2021 года политик вернулась в парламент в качестве депутата.
