Աշխարհում կարմրուկի առումով համաճարակային իրավիճակը լարված է: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնը:

«ԱՀԿ-ն հայտնում է եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում վերջին 25 տարում կարմրուկի ամենաշատ դեպքերի գրանցման մասին: 2024-2025 թթ. եվրոպական տարածաշրջանի երկրներում գրանցվել է կարմրուկի 127,350 դեպք, ինչը կրկնակի բարձր է 2023 թվականին գրանցված դեպքերից և ամենաբարձրն է 1997 թվականից ի վեր: Տարածաշրջանում գրանցված դեպքերի ավելի քան 40 տոկոսը կազմում են մինչև հինգ տարեկան երեխաները: 2025 թվականի մարտի 6-ի դրությամբ գրանցվել է կարմրուկից մահվան 38 դեպք։

2024 թվականին կարմրուկի բոլոր դեպքերի մեկ երրորդը բաժին է ընկել եվրոպական տարածաշրջանին: Միայն 2023 թվականին տարածաշրջանում 500,000 երեխա բաց է թողել կարմրուկի դեմ պատվաստանյութի առաջին դեղաչափը։ Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում 2024 թվականին ամենաշատ դեպքերը գրանցել են Ռումինիան՝ 30,692 դեպք, որին հաջորդում է Ղազախստանը՝ 28,147 դեպք: 2024 թվականին ամբողջ աշխարհում գրանցվել է կարմրուկի 359,521 դեպք։

Հայաստանում 2025 թվականին կարմրուկի դեպքեր չեն գրանցվել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ կարմրուկի կանխարգելման միակ անվտանգ և արդյունավետ միջոցը պատվաստումն է: Հայաստանի առողջության առաջնային պահպանման բոլոր կազմակերպություններն ապահովված են կարմրուկի, կարմրախտի, խոզուկի դեմ համակցված պատվաստանյութով: Յուրաքանչյուր անձ, որը չի ստացել կարմրուկի դեմ նախատեսված պատվաստումները, կարող է դիմել պոլիկլինիկա/ամբուլատորիա և պատվաստվել»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում:
