Задержан кандидат в Совет старейшин Гюмри Карен Григорян. Об этом на своей странице в соцсети написал адвокат Арсен Бабаян.
Ранее стало известно, что обыски проводились в рамках уголовного дела, расследуемого Антикоррупционным комитетом. На основании сообщений, полученных из полиции МВД РА и Службы национальной безопасности, в Антикоррупционном комитете возбуждены уголовные дела по фактам дачи и получения избирательных взяток, а также нарушения запрета на благотворительность во время выборов.
В комитете уточняют, что согласно полученной информации, избирателю предлагалась взятка при условии голосования за одну из партий на внеочередных выборах в Совет старейшин Гюмри. Также получена информация о том, что член партии, выдвинутый на выборах в Совет старейшин той же общины, а также доверенное лицо, обещали избирателям деньги под видом благотворительности.
