Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Արդեն երրորդ օրն է՝ ՀՀ խորհրդարանի գաղջը խեղդում է: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ պատգամավորները դեռ չեն զարթնել հետամանօրյա «սթրեսից»:
«ՀՀ և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 13-ին ստորագրված «քաղաքային կայուն զարգացման ներդրումային ծրագիր-2» վարկային համաձայնագրի» քննարկման ժամանակ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը որոշեց անդրադառնալ ԵԽԽՎ-ում քննարկված հակահայկական զեկույցներին. «Մենք իրականում պարտվել ենք, մեկ-զրո պարտվել ենք, մեզ խփել են: Ուրիշ մոմենտ չկա: Այս դահլիճում, վստահ եմ, երեք մարդ չկա, որ կհասկանա Սարսանգի պրոբլեմը: Հայաստանը մուսուլման-քրիստոնյա հարցը լուծող չի»: Ըստ Բագրատյանի՝ դա հայերի լուծման ու մտահոգության հարցը չէ. «Մենք աշխարհում ունենք Ղարաբաղի խնդիր, վերջ»,- հայտարարաեց ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետը: Այնուհետև Բագրատյանը լուրջ պատմա-տնտեսական վերլուծություններ արեց՝ Յան Սոբեսկուց հասնելով Իգդիր, այնուհետև՝ ՀՀ արտաքին պարտքի մեծացման ծավալներին:
ԱԺ նախագահը, ինչպես միշտ, ցանկացավ աչքի ընկնել իր սուր մտքով: Սահակյանը տեղից արձագանքեց Բագրատյանի ելույթին՝ նշելով, որ «Բագրատյանին և լսելն է հեշտ, և կռահելը, ուղղակի շատերը հետո են հասկանում»:
Բագրատյանը արձագանքեց. «Գործիդ գնա»:
«Ինձ ասում ես՝ գնա գործի՞դ: Գործ չեմ ճարել, դրա համար այստեղ նստած եմ… Ի՞նչ ես ուզում ինձանից»,- նշեց Մաեստրոն:
