Մարտի 27-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ակադեմիա է այցելել Կանզասի ազգային գվարդիայի գլխավոր սերժանտ Քրիս Հարգիսը:
Այցի շրջանակում նա դասախոսությամբ է հանդես եկել բրիգադի սերժանտների դասընթացներում`անդրադառնալով սերժանտների դերին զինված ուժերի տարբեր օղակներում և ընդգծելով առաջնորդության մասնագիտական պատասխանատվության և սերժանտների ու հրամանատարների միջև արդյունավետ հաղորդակցման կարևորությունը։
Դասախոսության ընթացքում լուսաբանվեցին մի շարք հարցեր՝
առաջնորդության որակները և անձնական օրինակով առաջնորդելու անհրաժեշտությունը,
հրամանատարների հետ հաղորդակցման և համագործակցության ձևերը,
վստահության և կարգապահության կառուցումը ստորաբաժանումներում,
