Շարունակում եմ պնդել, որ առաջինը՝ ադրբեջանական սադրանքներն անպատասխան թողնելը հղի է վտանգավոր հետևանքներով:
Երկրորդը՝ ադրբեջանական գործողություններն ունեն համակարգային բնույթ և դրանք կարող են առավել ծանր դրսևորումներ ստանալ:
Երրորդը՝ ադրբեջանական ահաբեկչական գործողությունները թեև խուճապ չեն առաջացրել սահմանամերձ գյուղերում, սակայն բավականին մտահոգություններ կան:
Չորրորդը՝ իշխանությունների իներտ կեցվածքն ու հանցավոր լռությունն առավել անորոշ ու խնդրահարույց իրավիճակ են ստեղծում:
Հինգերորդը՝ սահմանամերձ համայնքներում մարդիկ կատարյալ անորոշության մեջ են, որովհետև իշխանության ուղերձներն անհասկանալի են և անընդունելի»:
