Մարտի 23-ին՝ ժամը 21։05-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնում տեղեկություն են  ստացվել, որ Հաղպատ բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող՝ «Անմոռ» ՓԲԸ-ին պատկանող փիրուզի հանքաքարի տարածքում այլ անձանց շարժ է նկատվել: Այս մասին հայտնում  է shamshyan.com–ը։

Կայքի տեղեկություններով, տեղում «Գարդիան Գրուփ» ընկերության անվտանգության աշխատակիցը ոստիկաններին հայտնել  է, որ մի քանի ժամ առաջ շուրջ 18-20 դիմակավորված անձինք մտել են ընկերության տարածք և փորձել գողանալ փիրուզի հանքաքար, սակայն իրենք հորդորել ու պահանջել են նշված տարածքից հեռանալ, այլապես կարող են իրենց ամրակցված հրազենով կրակել։ Ի պատասխան նշված դիմակավորված անձինք ևս հայտնել են, որ իրենք էլ զենք ունեն ու կկրակեն։

Ոստիկանները անվտանգության աշխատակիցների հետ մոտեցել են նշված վայր ևվ ժամը 01։20-ի սահմաններում շուրջ 25-30 մետր հեռավորության վրա նկատել են ակնհայտ փիրուզի հանքաքարի գողություն կատարող անձի, որը պարկը ձեռքին դիմել է փախուստի։ 

Ոստիկանության ծառայողը իրեն ամրակցված «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից 2 անգամ նախազգուշական կրակոց է արձակել օդ։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում է մասնակիցների ինքնությունը։
