Թվում է, որ ԱՄՆ-Իրան հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն այն է, ինչին ձգտում է Թրամփը, սակայն սա չափազանց բարդ գործընթաց է, հաշվի առնելով Իսրայելի և Թուրքիայի գործոնները։ Այս մասին իր էջում գրել է միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.
«Հասկանալի է, որ Իրանի հզորացումը չի բխում ոչ Իսրայելի, ոչ էլ Թուրքիայի շահերից։ Եթե Իսրայելի դեպքում ամեն ինչ պարզ է, ապա Թուրքիայի պարագայում սա մի քանի բաղադրիչներ ունի։
Բավական է տեսնել, թե ինչ նյարդային են Անկարայից հետևում ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին: Դա նշանավորվում է Զելենսկուն Անկարա հրավիրելով և նրա գլխին հովանոց պահելով, ինչպես նաև տարբեր հայտարարություններով՝ Ուկրաինայում զորք տեղակայելու վերաբերյալ: Բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է, որ ռուս-ամերիկյան մեղրամսի պարագայում Անկարան կկորցնի իր «անփոխարինելի ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ» դերն ու նշանակությունը թե՛ Ռուսաստանի, թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ի համար։ Այսպես եղել է միշտ․ Արևմուտք-Ռուսաստան լարվածության պարագայում թուրքական գործոնը մշտապես կարևորություն է ձեռք բերել, և հակառակը։
Մյուս սցենարի պարագայում, երբ ԱՄՆ-Իրան հարաբերությունները կարգավորվում են և պատժամիջոցները վերացվում են, Իրանը դառնում է տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական և քաղաքական հսկա՝ զարգացած տնտեսությամբ և ենթակառուցվածքներով։
Իրանը, որը տարածաշրջանում Թուրքիայի բնական հակակշիռն է, կդառնա զսպաշապիկ թուրք-ադրբեջանական ամենաթողության համար Հարավային Կովկասում և դրա սահմաններից դուրս։ Այս սցենարը նույնպես իրատեսական է, հատկապես եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ Իրանը կարող է չափազանց կարևոր դեր խաղալ Վաշինգտոնի քաղաքականության մեջ՝ Չինաստանի աճող ազդեցությունը զսպելու տեսանկյունից, մասնավորապես՝ խոչընդոտելով «Մեկ գոտի, մեկ ճանապարհ» նախագծի իրագործմանը։
Ընդհանրապես, Թրամփի ցանկացած հաշվարկի հիմքում Չինաստանի զսպումն է դրվում, որպես կարևոր առաջնահերթություն (Թրամփը նույնիսկ Հնդկաստանին, Իրանին և Ռուսաստանին է դիտարկում է՝ որպես պատնեշներ Չինաստանի դեմ)։
Արդյո՞ք Թուրքիան և Իսրայելը կփորձեն խանգարել իրանա-ամերիկյան հնարավոր reproachment-ին՝ օրինակ, Ադրբեջանի միջոցով տարածաշրջանը ապակայունացնելու ճանապարհով։
Սյունիքի դեմ հնարավոր գործողությունները կարող են բերել Իրանի կոշտ արձագանքին, ինչը կարող է հնարավորություն տալ Թուրքիային և Իսրայելին ներքաշվել հակամարտության մեջ։ Այս պարագայում Վաշինգտոնն ու Մոսկվան այլևս չեն կարող անմասն մնալ գործընթացին, ինչը կհանգեցնի բոլոր առկա պայմանավորվածությունների վերաձևմանը։ Եվ եթե հետևենք վերջին օրերի ամերիկյան դիվանագիտության ակտիվությանը՝ Ռուբիոյի զանգերից մինչև Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանի Սյունիքի այց, կտեսնենք, որ հենց այս նեգատիվ սցենարն է փորձում կանխել ամերիկյան դիվանագիտությունը»:
