«ՀՀ կենսաչափական անձնագրերի և նույնականացման քարտերի տրամադրման ենթակառուցվածքի պետություն-մասնավոր գործընկերության ծրագրի» մրցութային փուլի շրջանակում տեղի է ունեցել ստացված հայտերի ֆինանսական առաջարկների բացման նիստը:
Նիստը նախագահել է ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը։
Որպես հրավիրյալներ ներկա էին AUGENTIC GmbH and Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda, S.A. և IDEMIA Identity Security France and A.C.I. Technology S.à.r.l. կոնսորցիումների՝ ոլորտում առաջատար միջազգային ընկերությունների լիազոր ներկայացուցիչներ:
Պետություն-մասնավոր գործընկերություն ծրագրի ընթացակարգի և առաջարկի հարցման պահանջներին համապատասխան՝ ֆինանսական առաջարկների բացման և գրանցման գործընթացն իրականացվել է թափանցիկ:
Հայտատու երկու ընկերությունների ներկայացրած ֆինանսական առաջարկները համապատասխանել են առաջադրված պահանջներին և չափորոշիչներին։ Ըստ այդմ՝ նախատեսվում է հայտերի վերջնական գնահատում իրականացնել մինչև մարտ ամսվա վերջ։
Մարտի 31-ին հայտնի կդառնա հաղթող ընկերության անունը, որն էլ կներդնի կենսաչափական փաստաթղթերի թողարկման նոր ենթակառուցվածքը, այդ թվում՝ շենքային պայմանների, գրասենյակների հիմնում, սերվերային տնտեսություն, տպագրական սարքավորումներ, ծրագրային լուծումներ և տեխնիկական վերազինում։
Ըստ նախատեսված ժամանակացույցի՝ 2026 թ. երկրորդ կիսամյակում արդեն Հայաստանում կմեկնարկի կենսաչափական անձնագրերի և նույնականացման քարտերի արտադրությունը։
