Մարտի 29-ին և 30-ին նախընտրական քարոզչությունն արգելվում է

ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը կուսակցություններին, դաշինքներին, ԶԼՄ և դիտորդ գործընկերներին իրազեկում է, որ քվեարկության նախորդ օրը` մարտի 29-ին, և քվեարկության օրը` մարտի 30-ին, նախընտրական քարոզչությունն արգելվում է:
«Քվեարկության և դրան նախորդող օրը քարոզչությունը հրապարակային ելույթների, հրապարակային միջոցառումների միջոցով, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով, այդ թվում՝ կաբելային (մալուխային) ցանցով, արբանյակային կապով և վերգետնյա եթերային հեռարձակմամբ տեսալսողական մեդիածառայություն մատուցողների կողմից, ինչպես նաև համացանցում գովազդի միջոցով արգելվում է։
Ընտրական օրենսգրքի իմաստով, նախընտրական քարոզչություն է համարվում ցանկացած գործողություն, որը նպատակ ունի համոզելու ընտրողներին՝ քվեարկելու կամ չքվեարկելու որոշակի թեկնածուի կամ կուսակցության (կուսակցությունների դաշինքի) օգտին։
Արգելվում է քվեարկության նախորդ օրը, ինչպես նաև քվեարկության օրը` մինչև ժամը 20.00-ն, վերգետնյա եթերային հեռարձակում իրականացնող տեսալսողական մեդիածառայություն մատուցողների եթերով կամ տպագիր մամուլով թեկնածուների, ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցությունների վերաբերյալ սոցիոլոգիական հարցման արդյունքները, ինչպես նաև դրանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն հրապարակելը:
Ինչպես նախընտրական քարոզչության ընթացքում, այնպես էլ քվեարկության նախորդ և քվեարկության օրը թեկնածուներին, ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցություններին արգելվում է անձամբ կամ նրանց անունից կամ որևէ այլ եղանակով ընտրողներին անհատույց կամ արտոնյալ պայմաններով տալ (խոստանալ) դրամ, սննդամթերք, արժեթղթեր, ապրանքներ կամ մատուցել (խոստանալ) ծառայություններ:
Այն բարեգործական կազմակերպությունները, որոնց անվանումները կարող են նմանեցվել (ասոցացվել) ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցությունների անվանումներին, թեկնածուների անուններին, նախընտրական քարոզչության ժամանակ բարեգործություն չեն կարող իրականացնել այն համայնքներում, որտեղ անցկացվում են ընտրություններ, որոնց մասնակցում են այդ թեկնածուները, կուսակցությունները կամ նրանց առաջադրած թեկնածուները:
Տեղադրված քարոզչական պաստառները, քարոզչական տպագիր և այլ նյութեր քվեարկության օրը և դրա նախորդ օրը կարող են մնալ իրենց տեղերում»,- հայտնում են ԿԸՀ-ից:
