Արցախցին ունի վերադարձի իրավունք և երբևէ չի պատրաստվում հրաժարվել դրանից. Գեղամ Ստեփանյան

Արցախի ժողովուրդը ունի վերադարձի իրավունք, Արցախի ժողովուրդը ունի սեփական հայրենիքում արժանապատիվ, անվտանգ հավաքական կերպով ապրելու իրավունք և երբևէ չի պատրաստվում հրաժարվել այդ իրավունքից. այս մասին ասել է օկուպացված Արցախի Հանրապետության ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը՝ Երևանի Ազատության հրապարակում հանուն արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության մեծ հանրահավաքի մեկնարկից առաջ:
«Ով ուզում է, ինչից ուզում է, թող հրաժարվի, բայց մենք մեզնից չենք կարող հրաժարվել: Պարզապես պետք է հասկանանք, որ մեզ համար Արցախի էջի փակումը հավասարազոր է սեփական գոյության իմաստազրկման։ Հետևաբար, որքան որ կանք, որքան որ ունենք այդ հնարավորությունը, աջակցություն նաև մեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հայրենակիցներից, պայքարելու ենք, որ Արցախի թեման չփակվի, Արցախի նկատմամբ մեր պահանջատիրությունը պահպանվի», - նշել է Ստեփանյանը:
Նա նաև նշել է, որ արցախցիների համար աղետալի հետևանք է ունենալու սոցիալական ծրագրի կրճատումը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այսօրվա հանրահավաքում կխոսվեն սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավունքների, հատկապես սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրի դադարեցնման կամ կրճատման մասին: Ըստ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանի՝ սա ուղղակի աղետալի հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանում ապաստանած արցախցիների համար՝ մատնելով անօթևանության, չքավորության կամ արտագաղթի, ուստի շատ կարևոր է, որ մարդիկ միասնաբար պայքարեն իրենց իրավունքների համար:
«Մի ձեռքը ծափ չի տալիս, մենակով հնարավոր չէ, և ժողովուրդը պետք է կանգնի և ասի՝ գիտենք մեր իրավունքները, մեր պահանջները և պատրաստ ենք պայքարել մեր իրավունքների և պահանջների համար։ Եվ շատ ողջունելի է, որ դրան միացել են նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մեր հայրենակիցները, ոչ միայն ողջունելի է, այլ ևս մեկ անգամ առիթ է շնորհակալություն, երախտագիտություն հայտնելու մեր հայրենակիցներին: Սա մեր միասնական պայքարն է, որը որի հիմքում Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքներն են, բոլոր իրավունքները», - նշել է Ստեփանյանը:
Շուտով Երևանի Ազատության հրապարակում մեկնարկել է մեծ հանրահավաք՝ հանուն արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության:
Օրակարգային հիմնական հարցերն են՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի հավաքական վերադարձի հարցի առաջմղումը, Հայաստանում արցախցիների սոցիալական և այլ իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, գերիների ազատ արձակման ջանքերը, Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության ու մասնավոր սեփականության պաշտպանությունը:
