Մարտի 30-ին, ժամը՝ 02:20-ի շրջակայքում, տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսադաշտից դուրս էին՝ 31/7, 31/12, 31/45, 31/49, 31/79 տեղամասային կենտրոններում ընտրողների գրանցում իրականացնող տեխնիկական սարքավորումները:
•«ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի համաձայն՝ իրականացնում է ընտրական տեղամասերից քվեարկության ընթացքի, քվեարկության արդյունքների ամփոփման գործընթացի և ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների նիստերի տեսանկարահանում և միաժամանակյա համացանցային հեռարձակում՝ ուղիղ ժամանակային ռեժիմում՝ հատուկ ստեղծված կայքի (կայքերի) միջոցով:
Հեռարձակման ժամանակ տեսագրության վրա պետք է տեսանելի լինեն իրական ժամանակը և տեղամասային կենտրոնի համարը։
• Տեսանկարահանումը պետք է իրականացվի անշարժ տեսախցիկների միջոցով: Տեսախցիկների տեսադաշտում պետք է լինեն քվեատուփը, ընտրողների գրանցման, քվեարկության ծրարների ու քվեաթերթիկների հատկացման և քվեարկության արդյունքների ամփոփման գործընթացները:
•Տեսանկարահանումը և համացանցային հեռարձակումը պետք է իրականացվեն սահմանված՝ քվեարկության գաղտնիության սկզբունքի պահպանմամբ:
Ի դեպ՝ 31/33, 31/55, 31/78, 31/82 տեղամասերում քվեաթերթիկները տեղադրված չէին չհրկիզվող պահարանում:
Սա համարվում էր խախտում, մինչ՝ 2022 թվականի հունիսի 30-ը, երբ «Տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովին հատկացված ընտրական փաստաթղթերի և այլ պարագաների պահպանման կարգը սահմանելու մասին» Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժովովի որոշման մեջ փոփոխություն կատարվեց՝ հանելով քվեաթերթիկը պահպանվող առարկաների ցանկից:
