Մարտի 23-ին, թմրանյութի հայտնաբերման դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 23։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արամ Դադոյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Կարեն Ավետիսյանի գլխավորությամբ, ապօրինի թմրանյութ պահելու և օգտագործելու հիմանվոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով Արցախի պողոտայի 4-րդ նրբանցքից ձերբակալել և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Շենգավիթի բաժին են տեղափոխել Երևանի բնակիչներ 46-ամյա Պետրոս Հ․-ին, 40-ամյա Գագիկ Ա․-ին և 43-ամյա Էդգար Մ․-ին։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանություն տեղափոխելու ժամանակ Գարեգին Նժդեհ փողոցի 27 հասցեի մոտ Էդգար Մ․-ն գրպանից նետել է թղթով փաթեթավորված զանգված և հայտարարել, որ փաթեթում առկա է «մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որը ձեռք է բերել «Տելեգրամ» կայքի միջոցով՝ իր անձնական օգտագործման համար, իսկ արդեն ոստիկանությունում նրա խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է մոխրացած հետքերով 2 հատ կաթոցիչ, իսկ Պետրոս Հ․-ի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է մոխրացած հետքերով 1 հատ կաթոցիչ:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով նույն օրը Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչ Աղախանյանի կողմից Գարեգին Նժդեհի փողոցի 27 հասցեի հարակից ճամփեզրի հատվածում իրականացված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է թղթով փաթեթավորված մաքուր 0.25 գր սպիտակ գույնի բյուրեղանման զանգված, որը ըստ Էդգար Մ․-ի հայտարարության եղել է «Կրիստալ» տեսակի թմրանյութ, ձեռք է բերել «Տելեգրամ» կայքով իր օգտագործման համար և ընկել է իր գրպանից, ինչը քննիչի կողմից առգրավվել է:
