Մենք հայտարարել ենք բնակապահովության ծրագրի մասին, պետք է ԼՂ-ի մեր հայրենակիցները գնան, դառնան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, դիմեն և ստանան սերտիֆիկատ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 31-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ արդարադատության նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նրան, որ արցախցիները դժգոհ են, որ իրենց աջակցությունը դադարեցվում է եւ որ դա հանգեցնելու է արտագաղթի:
«Բոլոր մեր հայրենակիցները, որոնք տեղահանվել են և կան մեր բազաներում, բնականաբար կստանան քաղաքացիություն, աշխատունակ մարդիկ պետք է աշխատեն: Շատ լավ է, որ մենք ունենք շուրջ վերջին տվյալներով 25 000 զբաղված հայրենակիցներ և մնացածի համարը դա պետք է լինի վարակիչ:
Իսկ այն անձինք, որ աշխատունակ են, իրենք պետք է գնան և աշխատեն, միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության կենտրոնում կան բազմաթիվ թափուր աշխատատեղեր, կան բազմաթիվ գործատեղեր»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Դիտարկմանը, որ արցախցիներն ասում են, որ աշխատում են, հազիվ հացի փողն են կարողանում վաստակել, չեն կարողանում 200 հազար տան վարձ տալ, Մկրտչյանն ասաց. «Նրանք, ովքեր գտնվում են կյանքի խոցելի իրավիճակում, նրանց համար կան առանձին գործիքներ, նրանց համար կա առանձին նախագիծ շրջանառված և նրանց մենք երբեք մենակ չենք թողնելու»:
