Հանրային հեռուստառադիոընկերության խորհուրդը որոշում է ընդունել «Հայաստանի հանրային ռադիոընկերություն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն նշանակել Արման Արմենի Սաղաթելյանին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հանրային հեռուստառադիոընկերության խորհրդից: 

Որոշումը կայացվել է փետրվարի 3-ի նիստում` հիմք ընդունելով «Հայաստանի հանրային ռադիոընկերություն» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության գործադիր տնօրենի թափուր պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու համար մրցույթի կազմակերպման և անցկացման ժամանակավոր հանձաժողովի 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 2-ի «Մրցույթի արդյունքում հաղթող ճանաչելու մասին» N 2 որոշումը:

Համառոտ կենսագրական տվյալներ
Ծնվել է 1975թ. Օգոստոսի 26-ին՝ Երևանում: 1992 թվականին ավարտել է Երևանի Պուշկինի անվան թիվ 8 միջնակարգ դպրոցը, 1997 թվականին ավարտել է Հայկական գյուղատնտեսական ակադեմիան: 1997-2000 թվականներին սովորել է ՀՀ Գիտությունների Ազգային Ակադեմիայի ասպիրանտուրայում։

1997-1999թթ.  ծառայել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերում՝ որպես «Զինուժ» հեռուստահաղորդման թղթակից և հաղորդավար։ 2000-2010թթ.  աշխատել ՀՀ ՊՆ համակարգում՝ որպես քարոզչության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի մասնագետ, «Զինուժ» հաղորդաշարի հաղորդավար։ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ պահեստազորի կապիտան է։

2010—2011թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի «Հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի խորհրդական։ 2011-2012թթ. եղել է «ԱրմՌադիո FM 107» ռադիոկայանի տնօրեն, 2012-2013թթ. `«ՊանԱրմենիան Մեդիա Գրուպ» ՓԲԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ։

2011-2013 թվականներին ղեկավարել է Վ. Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարանի Տեղեկատվության և հանրային հաղորդակցման տեխնոլոգիաների գիտաուսումնական կենտրոնը:

Քաղաքական գիտությունների թեկնածու է: Մի շարք գիտական հոդվածների և ուսումնական ծրագրերի հեղինակ է:

2013 -2015թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ Նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար:

Պարգևատրվել է «1992-1994թթ. մարտական գործողությունների մասնակից» կրծքանշանով, «Գարեգին Նժդեհ» մեդալով, անվանական զենքով:
