ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվող Նինա Մոհանը որոշել է արմատապես փոխել իր ոճն ու խնդրել է ընկերոջը` Քրիսին, 1 շաբաթ շարունակ իր ճաշակով ընտրել հագուստները:
«Ես այնքան շատ հագուստ ու պարագաներ ունեմ, որոնք ամաչելու պատճառով երբևէ չեմ կրել դրանք գնելուց հետո։ Բայց ինձ հետաքրքիր էր տեսնել, թե ինչպես մեկը, ով պատկերացում չունի իմ անինքնավստահության մասին, կհագցնի ինձ»,- մեջբերում է AdMe.Ru-ն Մոհանի խոսքերը` ներկայացնելով ուշագրավ ոճային փորձարկման արդյունքները.

«Ես երբեք մազերս պոչ չեմ հավաքում, քանի որ կարծում եմ` իմ` առանց այդ էլ փոքր գլուխն ավելի է փոքրանում: Որքան մեծ էր իմ զարմանքը, երբ ընկերոջս խնդրանքով մազերս հավաքելուց հետո բազմաթիվ հաճոյախոսություններ ստացա ծանոթներիցս»,- ասել է նա։

«Ինձ դուր չի գալիս թևերիս մաշկը, և ես կարծում էի, թե դրանք բացելու դեպքում բոլորն իրենց հայացքներն ուղղելու են հենց այդ կողմը: Ի զարմանս ինձ, ոչ ոք դրան ուշադրություն չդարձրեց»,- պատմել է նա։

«Սկզբում գլխարկ կրելու գաղափարն ինձ դուր չեկավ, և զարմացա, երբ ընկերներս ասացին, որ ես շատ զիլ տեսք ունեմ».

«Ես այս զգեստը գնել եմ 1 տարի առաջ և առնվազն 10 անգամ փորձել եմ հագնել այն որևէ առիթով, սակայն վերջին պահին միշտ անինքնավստահ եմ ինձ զգացել ու հանել եմ այն: Սակայն այս անգամ ես ինձ շատ լավ զգացի»,- պատմել է աղջիկը։

«Ես Քրիսին այնքան շատ եմ սիրում, որքան շատ որ ատում եմ այս «լուքը»։ Այն կրելն ինձ համար իսկական փորձություն էր».
Երիտասարդ աղջիկը նաև հավելել է, որ 7-օրյա ուշագրավ փորձարկումն իրեն հնարավորություն տվեց սիրել սեփական մարմինն` իր բոլոր թերություններով, լինել ինքնավստահ ու համարձակ:
