Հունիսի 30-ից Ռուսաստան մեկնողները պետք է 72 ժամ առաջ տեղյակ պահեն ՌԴ պատկան մարմիններին

ՌԴ միգրացիոն օրենսդրությունում փոփոխություններ են կատարվել, համաձայն որոնց՝ ոչ վիզային ռեժիմի երկրների քաղաքացիների մուտքի համար նոր կարգավորումներ են սահմանվել։ Ըստ այդմ՝ հունիսի 30-ից սկսած՝ ոչ վիզային, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների բոլոր քաղաքացիները, որոնք նախատեսում են մուտք գործել Ռուսաստան, պարտավոր են լինելու 72 ժամ առաջ տեղեկացնել դրա մասին: Այդ մասին ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց «Հայկական Կարիտաս» կազմակերպության միգրացիոն ծրագրի փորձագետ Տաթևիկ Բեժանյանը՝ հավելելով, որ գրանցման համար ստեղծվելու է միասնական պորտալի բջջային հավելված՝ RuID։
«Դա լինելու է ՌԴ ծրագրված մուտքից ոչ ուշ, քան 72 ժամ առաջ, իսկ արտակարգ դեպքերում ոչ ուշ, քան 4 ժամ առաջ»,- ասաց նա:
Հավելվածի միջոցով դիմում ներկայացնելուց հետո և ՌԴ մուտք գործելուց առաջ Ռուսաստանի պատկան մարմինները ստուգելու են քաղաքացու տվյալները: Եթե քաղաքացու մուտքը թույլատրվի, ապա նա կստանա համապատասխան կոդ, որը կներկայացնի սահմանապահին։ Առանց այդ կոդի՝ օտարերկրացուն թույլ չեն տա մուտք գործել Ռուսաստան։
Բեժանյանը նաև պարզաբանեց. «Նշված է, որ ոչ վիզային երկրների [քաղաքացիների] համար ստեղծվում է յուրօրինակ «վիզային մեխանիզմ» այսպես ասած: Նշված չէ, որ որևէ նպատակի համար անհրաժեշտություն չի լինի, նշված է ուղղակի, որ ոչ վիզային ռեժիմի երկրների օտարերկրացիները պարտավոր են մեկնելուց 72 ժամ առաջ էլեկտրոնային պորտալով տեղեկացնել իրենց գալու մասին:
Հետևաբար, եթե որևէ բան չփոխվի մինչև հունիս 30-ը, դուք 5 օր Սանկ Պետերբուրգ (պայմանական է ասում -խմբ.) գնալու համար պետք է 72 ժամ առաջ տեղեկացնենք էլեկտրոնային պորտալով, որ պատրաստվում եք մեկնել, այդտեղ լրացնելով ձեր տվյալները, որից հետո, եթե թույլ կտան, դուք կստանանք համապատասխան կոդը, որը ցույց կտաք սահմանապահին, որն էլ կորոշի՝ ձեզ թույլ տա՞լ մուտք գործել, թե՞ չէ»:
