ԶՊՄԿ-ն և դուստր ձեռնարկությունները հայտարարում են ոչ պրոֆիլային անշարժ գույքի իրացման առաջին փուլի մեկնարկը՝ բաց աճուրդի ձևաչափով

Արդիականացման և գործընթացների օպտիմիզացիայի շրջանակում ԶՊՄԿ-ն և դուստր ձեռնարկությունները ձերբազատվում են տարիների ընթացքում կուտակված ոչ պրոֆիլային գույքից և այս նպատակով, համագործակցելով աճուրդային տների հետ, հայտարարում են ոչ պրոֆիլային անշարժ գույքի իրացման առաջին փուլի մեկնարկը՝ բաց աճուրդի ձևաչափով։
Առաջին փուլում աճուրդի է հանված երկու լոտ՝
1. Ավտոտեխսպասարկման համալիր Սիսիանում
Հասցե՝ Սյունիքի մարզ, Սիսիան, Շիրակի փողոց, 7
• Շենքերի ընդհանուր մակերես՝ շուրջ 1250 քմ + 6000 քմ հողատարածք
• Մեկնարկային գին՝ 50 500 000 ՀՀ դրամ
2. Անավարտ շինություն Կապանում
Հասցե՝ Սյունիքի մարզ, Կապան, Ձորք թաղամաս, 3/1
• Շենքի մակերես՝ 1812,8 քմ, 0,16 հա հողատարածքով
• Մեկնարկային գին՝ 19 450 000 ՀՀ դրամ
Աճուրդները կանցկացվեն դասական (բաց) եղանակով՝ գնի բարձրացմամբ։
Նպատակն է` ապահովել թափանցիկ և արդյունավետ գործընթաց՝ «ԶՊՄԿ»-ի և դուստր ձեռնարկությունների ոչ պրոֆիլային ակտիվների կառավարման շրջանակում։
