Глава МИД Канады: Отношения с США после введения тарифов уже никогда не будут прежними

Министр иностранных дел Канады Мелани Жоли заявила в пятницу, что отношения между СШАи Канадой уже никогда не будут прежними после того, как президент Дональд Трамп объявил в среду о введении нового тарифного режима, сообщает Reuters.
По прибытии на встречу министров иностранных дел стран НАТО в Брюсселе Джоли отметила, что Канада оказывает «максимальное давление» на администрацию Трампа.
Ранее премьер-министр Канады Марк Карни заявил, что Канада введет 25%-ный встречный тариф на автомобили, импортируемые из Соединенных Штатов, которые не соответствуют Соглашению между США, Мексикой и Канадой (USMCA), в ответ на тарифы США на канадские автомобили и автозапчасти.
Ранее президент США Дональд Трамп ввел пошлины на все товары.
Для большинства стран, включая Армению, введена ставка в размере 10%. Для Украины: 10%. Россия не упоминается в заявлении президента США Дональда Трампа о различных уровнях пошлин для стран бывшего СССР.
