Սուտ տեղեկություններ է պնդել Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը լրագրողների հարցերին պատասխանելիս: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է իրավապաշտպան Ժաննա Ալեքսանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նախօրեին «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին:
«Ներքնակներ չեն այրվել, որևէ գույք չի այրվել, բողոքի ակցիա չեն արել ցմահները։ որ վնասվածքներ ունեն փատել է նաև ՄԻՊ արագ արձագանքման խումբը։ իսկ այն որ նախարարը պնդում է թե իրավաչափ է գործել սպեցնազը, դա ևս մեղմ ասած իրականությանը չի համապատախանում։ 30-40 հոգով մտել են խցերը, առնվազն 4-ից 5 խուց և ավիրել ամեն ինչ, սնունդը թափել հատակին և այլն, ես սա կբնութագրեի բանդիտական հարձակում անպաշտպան մարդկանց վրա, ինչպես կարող էին դատապարտյալներն անհնազանդություն ցուցաբերել այդ դեպքում։ Տիկին նախարարը շարունակ խոսում է, որ իրավունք ուեին այս կամ այն անել, բայց այս պաշտոնին նշանակվել է նաև դատապարտյալների իրավունքները պաշտպանելու համար։ ինչու չեք այցելել տեղում տենելու և լսելու դատապարտյալներին, թե էսպես հեշտ է մեղքը բարդել նրանց վրա։ Տիկին նախարար ձեզ հիշեցնում եմ, որ ցմահ դատապարտյալները մարդ են և պետք է մարդկային պայմաններով ապահովեք և մարկային վերաբերմունք ունենաք նրանց նկատմամբ ։ եթե նրանք փակված են ինչ ուզենաք պիտի ասեք ու բարդեք նրանց վրա։ ինչու հնարավորություն չեք տալիս նրանց խոսելու, դեռ մի բան էլ ավելին եք անում, ամեն կերպ փորձում եք լռեցնել նրանց։ Իմ ունեցած տեղեկությունների մասին կխոսեմ առաջիկայում»,- գրել է Ալեքսանյանը։
