Առանց միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների և բացառապես ադրբեջանական պետական լրատվամիջոցների ներկայությամբ՝ Բաքվի դատարանում շարունակվում է Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության շինծու դատավարությունը։ Երեկ՝ ապրիլի 3-ին տեղի ունեցած նիստի ժամանակ գլխավոր դատախազի հարցերին պատասխանել է ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը։ 

«Միայն պետական կամ իշխանամերձ լրատվամիջոցներից են մեզ տեղեկություններ հասնում։ Տեղյակ ենք այնքան, որքան դա հրապարակվում է։ Մանավանդ դատավարության ընթացքից՝ մեզ ոչինչ հայտնի չէ։ Բայց Դավիթը տղավարի պատասխաններ է տվել։ Չի թաքցրել, որ պատերազմի ժամանակ նա Մոնթե Մելքոնյանին է ենթարկվել»,-MediaHub-ին ասում է ազատամարտիկ, Իշխանյանի մարտական ընկեր Մերուժան Ավետիսյանը։ 

Ապրիլի 3-ին Բաքվի ռազմական դատարանում շարունակված դատավարության ընթացքում Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, պատասխանելով պետդատախազների հարցերին, ասել է, որ առաջին Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի օրերին եղել է Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի հրամանատարության ներքո՝ որպես գումարտակի հրամանատար: Իշխանյանի խոստովանություններով՝ պատերազմի ընթացքում կռվել է ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների դեմ Մարտակերտի և Մարտունու շրջաններում, Քարվաճառում և Աղդամում։ 

«Մեր գումարտակները ենթարկվում էին շրջանի պաշտպանական գծի հրամանատարին, որը ղեկավարում էր Մոնթե Մելքոնյանը, իսկ «բանակի» հրամանատարը Սամվել Բաբայանն էր»,-ասել է Բաքվում ապօրինաբար պահվող Արցախի ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը։

Նա նաև ընդունել է, որ Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմի օրերին Մարտունու շրջանի զորամասում հանդիպել է զինվորների հետ, որտեղ ծառայություն էր իրականացնում նաև իր որդին:

«Որպես պատգամավոր ես պարտավոր էի դա անել»,-ասել է նա։ 

«Ամեն դեպքում՝ ես ինչպես ճանաչում եմ Դավիթին, ինքը հենց այդպես էլ դրսևորել է իրեն, առանց կաշկանդվելու։ Անգամ խոսել է, որ Արցախի պաշտպանությանն ունեցած իր ավանդի համար պարգևատրվել է «Մարտական խաչ» մեդալով։ Գիտեմ որքան դժվար է Բաքվում խոսել այս ամենի մասին, երբ որևէ պաշտպան չունես, բայց Իշխանյանը դատախազին ասել է՝ «մեր վերջնական նպատակը՝ Արցախը Հայաստանի հետ վերամիավորելն էր»»,-ասաց Մարտունուց տեղահանված  բնակիչը։ 

Ըստ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների՝ Իշխանյանը պատասխանելով զինվորական դատախազների հարցերին նշել է, որ իր ծննդյան վկայականում նշված է, որ ծնվել է ԽՍՀՄ ԼՂԻՄ-ում, սակայն ՀՀ քաղաքացի է։ Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո ինքը, որպես 150 հազար հայերից մեկը, ստացել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն: 

«Ունեմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անձնագիր։ Ես ՀՀ քաղաքացի եմ»,-ասել է նա։
