Ռուսաստանը պատերազմից հետո չի կրճատի իր բանակը, քանի որ դա չի համապատասխանում ռուսական ռազմավարությանը, RBC-Ukraine-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարարության գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչության ղեկավար Կիրիլ Բուդանովը։
«Ինչպե՞ս ինչ-որ բան կանխատեսել, նախ՝ նրանք էապես չեն կրճատի զինված ուժերի թիվը: Եվ բացարձակապես ոչ, դրա համար բացարձակապես տրամաբանական բացատրություններ կան: Առաջին հերթին, նրանց պետք է նման քանակություն՝ ըստ իրենց ռազմավարության», - ասաց Բուդանովը:
Խոսելով ֆինանսական ծախսերի մասին՝ նա պարզաբանեց, որ այս պահի դրությամբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ողջ ռազմական բյուջեի 50%-ը գնում է ռազմական վճարներին։
«Լրացուցիչ վճարումներ մարտիկներին, պայմանագիր կնքելու համար միանվագ վճարումներ, մինչև պայմանագրի ավարտը գոյատևելու դեպքում վերջնական վճարումներ, վնասվածքների համար վճարումներ, մահվան վճարներ և այլն»,- տեղեկացրեց նա։
Ռազմական բյուջեի երկրորդ մասը զինամթերքի ձեռքբերման վճարն է, իսկ երրորդը՝ տեխնիկայի վերանորոգումն ու սպասարկումը, ասաց նա։
Բուդանովի խոսքով, պատերազմի ավարտից հետո այդ վճարումները ավարտվում են, ինչը նշանակում է, որ գումարն ազատվում է։ Այս առումով ռուսական կողմը բանակը չի կրճատի։
«Երբ պատերազմն ավարտվում է, այս բոլոր վճարումները վերջանում են, խնդիրները վերանում են, հսկայական բյուջե է ազատվում, ուստի կրճատումներ չեն լինելու»,- եզրափակեց նա։
