Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը ներկայացրեց հակակոռուպցիոն խորհրդի կատարած աշխատանքները

 ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհուրդը գործունեության մեկ տարվա ընթացքում քննարկման առարկա է դարձրել բավականին լուրջ հարցեր, որոնք օրենքի նախագծերի տեսքով կներկայացվեն Ազգային ժողովի քննարկմանը: Ազգային ժողովում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը՝ պատասխանելով ԱԺ անկախ պատգ ամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանի հարցին:«Այդ քննարկումների արդյունքում մշակվել են օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք արդեն իսկ ներկայացվել են կառավարություն ու առաջիկայում կներկայացվեն նաև Ազգային ժողովի դատին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց նախարարը:

Նա հավելեց, որ խորհուրդը նոր է ձևավորել գործունեության ռազմավարությունը, որը նախատեսված է 2015-2018թթ համար: «Այս պահին մենք բավականին լուրջ քայլեր ենք իրականացրել, որոնցից մեկի մասին ես կցանկանամ մանրամասն խոսել: Մասնավորապես, լրագրողների կողմից շատ է բարձրացվել այն հարցը, թե որոշ պաշտոնյաներ իրենց պաշտոնական հայտարարագրերում հրապարակում են կեղծ տվյալներ, թաքցնում են որոշ բաներ: Մենք այս հարցը լուծելու համար մշակել և կառավարությանն ենք ներկայացրել օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն, որով նման դեպքերի համար սահմանել ենք վարչական պատասխանատվություն: Սակայն հիմա մենք քննարկում ենք նաև քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ մտցնելու հարցը, քանի որ հնարավոր է նման դեպքերում առաջ գա նաև քրեաիրավական պատասխանատվության անհրաժեշտություն»,- ընդգծեց նախարարը:

Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ իրենք ազնիվ են իրենց նպատակներում՝ պատգամավորներին կոչ անելով խորհրդի նկատմամբ հասարակության մեջ անվստահություն չսերմանել:

Պատգամավորն իր հարցադրման մեջ նաև նշել էր, որ խորհուրդը USAID-ից 750 հազար դոլար գումար է ստացել, սակայն որևէ էական քայլ չի արվել կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը հստակեցրեց, որ այդ գումարը կառավարությունը դեռ չի ստացել: Նա հայտնեց, որ այդ գումարներն ուղղվելու են անկախ փորձագետների ներգրավմանը:
