Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այն իշխանությունը, որը 2023-ին հանցավոր անգործությամբ հետևում էր արցախցիների նկատմամբ ռազմական ագրեսիային ու Ցեղասպանության իրականացմանը, իր պահվածքով ու հայտարարությամբ կանաչ լույս վառում ադրբեջանցիների օկուպացիոն քաղաքականության համար, իսկ մինչև այդ հայտարարում, որ Արցախը Ադրբեջանի մաս է համարում, այսօր փորձում է իրադարձություններն այլ` իրականությունն ակնհայտ խեղաթյուրման ներքո ներկայացնել:
ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե «ԼՂ հայության բռնի տեղահանության և ԼՂ լուծարման վերաբերյալ հրամանագրի հրապարակումից հետո խնդիրը դուրս է եկել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև միջպետական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման օրակարգից», ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան սեփական հանցագործության քողարկում:
2019-ին Արցախի կենտրոնական հրապարակից «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վե´րջ» գոռացող Փաշինյանն արդեն խոստովանել է, որ նա այդ ժամանակ ճիշտ հակառակն էր մտածում, սակայն մարդկանց իր իրական մտադրությունների և դիրքորոշման մասին չի համարձակվել ասել:
Ի վերջո, ՔՊ-ն ներկայացնող այն անձինք, երբ խոսում էին Արցախի ադրբեջանական լինելու մասին, ո´չ 2023-ի սեպտեմբերի հարձակումն էր եղել, ո´չ էլ Ադրբեջանի պարտադրված հրամանագիրը, որի բովանդակությունը չէր էլ կարող հրամանագրով կարգավորվել, առավել ևս, որ այն ուժի մեջ մտնելու ընթացակարգերով չէր անցել, իսկ որոշ ժամանակ հետո չեղարկվել էր:
