Չարենցավանում ինչ-որ խումբ Chevrolet Volt մեքենաներ է թալանում, իսկ ոստիկանությունն ու ՔԿ-ն զբաղված են թուղթ մրոտելով

Չարենցավանում վերջին շրջանում նորից գողությունների «շքերթ» է սկսվել։ Ու, բնականաբար, իրավապահ մարմինները դրանք, ինչպես նախորդ շատ դեպքերում, չեն բացահայտում։ Մարդիկ այլևս չեն վստահում ո՛չ ոստիկանությանը, ո՛չ իրավապահ մյուս մարմիններին, որովհետև գիտեն՝ գողության դեպքում ոստիկանները չեն կարողանալու բացահայտել, իսկ եթե որևէ դեպք հանկարծ ինչ-որ հրաշքով բացահայտում են, ապա Քննչական կոմիտեն հետո շատ արագ բացահայտված հանցագործներին «օրենքի ուժով» բաց է թողնում։
Ահավասիկ, վերջին մեկ ամսում Չարենցավանում Chevrolet Volt մեքենաների գողության չորս դեպք է գրանցվել (համենայնդեպս մենք չորսի մասին ենք տեղյակ), սակայն ոստիկանություն նրանցից երեքն է դիմել։
ՆԳՆ-ից MediaHub-ին ասացին՝ ստացվել է մեր նշած մեքենաներից կատարված գողության երեք հաղորդում, որոնք փոխանցվել է Քննչական կոմիտե։ Այլ բան չասացին։
Չորրորդ դեպքն էլ վերջերս է տեղի ունեցել, բայց քանի որ նախորդ երեքի մասով իրավապահ համակարգը որևէ լուրջ արդյունք չի գրանցել, այս դեպքով ոչ էլ դիմել են ոստիկանություն, որովհետև գիտեն՝ որևէ բան չի բացահայտվելու, փոխարենը իրենք ընկնելու են ավելորդ քաշքշուկների մեջ։ Իսկ այդ մարդկանց կրած վնասը շատ մեծ է, քանի որ այդ մակնիշի հենց այդ մոդելի թափքի արտաքին դետալները շատ թանկ արժեն, օրինակ՝ միայն առջևի բամպերի գինը ընդհուպ 1 մլն դրամի է հասնում։ Ու այդ չորս դեպքով էլ գողերը Volt վարող այդ քաղաքացիներին միջինը 3-5 հազար դոլարի վնաս են տալիս։
Գողությունը կատարում են գիշերով, մի քանի հոգանոց խումբ է գործում, որոնք վարպետորեն շատ արագ քանդում են Chevrolet Volt մեքենաների առաջամասն ու տեղափոխում իրենց մեքենան, որը կայանած է լինում մի քանի մետր այն կողմ, ու արագ հեռանում։ Պարեկներն այս մասին շատ լավ գիտեն, ասել էին՝ իբրև թե գիշերային ուժեղացված հսկողություն են իրականացնում, բայց ապարդյուն։ Նրանց մոտ միայն բակից նոր դուրս եկած վարորդների վրա ամրագոտու ակտ գրելն է լավ ստացվում, իսկ իրենց աչքի առաջ կամ իրենց պատասխանատվության գոտում տեղի ունեցող ակնհայտ խախտումներն ու հանցագործությունները նրանք չեն նկատում կամ չեն ուզում նկատել։
Անգամ օրը ցերեկով իրենց աչքի առաջ մգեցված ապակիներով ճռռիկ անողներին չեն «տեսնում» այդ պարեկները։ Փոխարենը, որոշ «մանկական տրավմաներով» պարեկներ իրենք են հաճախ քաղաքի կենտրոնում պետության տրամադրած ոստիկանական մեքենաներով ճռռիկներ անում և իրենց ցուցադրում քաղաքում՝ փորձելով իբրև թե տպավորություն գործել ու իրենց գոյության մասին հուշել։
Քննչական կոմիտեից էլ այս գողությունների դեպքով MediaHub-ին ասացին՝ Չարենցավանում տվյալ մակնիշի մեքենաներից գողություն կատարելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ նախաձեռնվել է 3 քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 254-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով (խոշոր չափերով գողությունը): Նշված վարույթներով կատարվում է նախաքննություն։
Այսինքն՝ որևէ կասկածյալ կամ մեղադրյալ չկա, ոչ մեկի չեն հայտնաբերել, ու հույս էլ չկա, որ կհայտնաբերեն, որովհետև ոստիկանությունն ու Քննչական կոմիտեն զբաղված են ընդամենը թուղթ մրոտելով։
