ՀՀ–ում նպաստների թեման ամենաքննարկվողներից է, ամեն տարի բյուջեի քննարկումների ժամանակ գերթե բոլորին հետաքրքրում է՝ կավելանան, արդյոք, նպաստները, կենսաթոշակները: Այս շարքում մոռացության է տրվում կենսաթոշակառուի մահվան դեպքում պետության կողմից տրամադրվող թաղման նպաստը։

Քանի որ վերջին տարիներին համատարած թանկացում է, անվերահսկելի գնաճ կա, MediaHub-ին հետաքրքրեց այս հարցը՝ արդյո՞ք որևէ փոփոխություն այս նպաստի տրամադրման կարգում կատարվել է կամ սպասվում է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ թաղման նպաստ նշանակվում է՝ կենսաթոշակառուի մահվան դեպքում, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի մահվան դեպքում, եթե հաշմանդամության վերափորձաքննության ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո 3 ամսվա ընթացքում չի ներկայացել փորձաքննության և այդ ընթացքում մահացել է, հաշմանդամ ճանաչված անձի մահվան դեպքում, ով ճանաչվել է հաշմանդամ, բայց չի դիմել նպաստը ստանալու համար և մահացել է հաշմանդամ ճանաչվելու օրվանից հետո 3 ամսվա ընթացքում, ծառայությունից ազատված նախկին զինծառայողի մահվան դեպքում, ով հաշմանդամ է և ձեռք է բերել կենսաթոշակի իրավունք, սակայն չի դիմել այն նշանակելու համար ծառայությունից ազատվելուց կամ հաշմանդամ ճանաչվելուց հետո 6 ամսվա ընթացքում:

2011թ. հունվարի 1-ից թաղման նպաստի չափը սահմանվել է 200,000 դրամ: Շուրջ 15 տարի է անցել, ի՞նչ է փոխվել կամ ե՞րբ է փոխվելու չափը, արդյոք մտադիր են վերանայել. MediaHub-ը զրուցեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Զարուհի Մանուչարյանի հետ։

Պարզվեց՝ ոչինչ չի փոխվել, հույս էլ չկա։ «Կենսաթոշակառուհի մահվան դեպքում վճարվում է թաղման նպաստ՝ 200.000 դրամի չափով, փոփոխություններ այս պահին նախատեսված չեն»,– նշեց Մանուչարյանը։
