«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարել կառավարության 2014 թ. ապրիլի 17-ի N 534-Ն որոշման մեջ: Նախագծով հնարավորություն է տրվում աշխատանք փնտրող անձանց առցանց եղանակով՝ e-work հարթակի միջոցով հաշվառվելու և ստանալու ծառայություններ միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային կենտրոնի կողմից, իսկ գործատուներին՝ առցանց եղանակով հարթակի միջոցով գրանցվելու, ինչը հնարավոր կդարձնի գործատուների համար կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգով ներգրավվելու զբաղվածության պետական ծրագրերում և համալրելու իր մոտ առկա թափուր աշխատատեղը։ Հարթակը նպատակ ունի մեկտեղելու հայաստանյան աշխատաշուկան պետական հարթակում, կամուրջ ստեղծելու գործատուների և աշխատանք փնտրողների միջև, ինչպես նաև ամրապնդելու պետություն-գործատու-աշխատանք փնտրող կապը:
Նախագծի իրականացման արդյունքում ակնկալվում է աշխատանք փնտրող անձանց և գործատուների առցանց հաշվառման ընթացակարգի ապահովում՝ համապատասխան տեղեկատվական համակարգերի փոխգործելիության միջոցով։
Այս նախագծի մշակման անհրաժեշտությունը բխում է կառավարության ծրագրի 2.3 բաժնի «Թվայնացում» ենթաբաժնից, որում, որպես Հայաստանի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող ուղղություն, առանձնացված է թվային արդիական միջավայրի ստեղծումը, որի համար նախատեսված միջոցառումներից են հանրային ծառայությունների թվայնացումը, դրանց առցանց հասանելիության ապահովումը, նույնականացման և իրավասությունների ճանաչման արդիական համակարգի ներդրումը, պետական և համայնքային ծառայությունների մեկանգամյա դիմումի համակարգի ներդրումը՝ բացառելով քաղաքացուց տեղեկություններ պահանջելու դեպքերը, եթե այն արդեն առկա է տեղեկատվական որևէ շտեմարանում։
