«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արցախը միշտ էլ անվտանգային տեսանկյունից Հայաստանի համար ողնաշարի դերակատարություն է ունեցել, իսկ երբ այսօր արդեն Արցախը գտնվում է ադրբեջանական բռնազավթման ներքո, մեր անվտանգությունը առավել քան խոցելի է։ Այնինչ, երկար տարիներ որոշ քաղաքական շրջանակների կողմից այն թեզն էր զարգացվում, թե «Արցախը հանձնենք ու հանգիստ ապրենք»։ Փաշինյանը այն հանձնեց, հիմա հանգիստ ենք ապրո՞ւմ։ Տեսնում ենք, թե հակառակորդն ինչ սադրանքների է դիմում սահմաններին՝ ունենալով հեռուն գնացող նպատակներ։

Ու բացառված չէ, որ հարմար միջազգային իրավիճակի դեպքում խոշորամասշտաբ ռազմական ագրեսիա ձեռնարկվի Հայաստանի նկատմամբ։ Ադրբեջանը բացահայտ կերպով պատրաստվում է նման սցենարի։ Ավելին, եթե նախկինում Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև բանակցությունների առարկան Արցախյան հիմնահարցն էր, ապա այդ խնդիրը փակելուց հետո երկու երկրների միջև քննարկումների հարց է դարձել արդեն բուն Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությունը շոշափող թեմաները։ Չնայած, իրականում այս փուլում Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև ոչ թե բանակցություններ են ընթանում, այլ ադրբեջանական կողմն առցանց տարբերակով առաջարկների փոխանցումների ժամանակ ուղղակի թելադրում է, թե հայկական կողմն ինչ պետք է անի։

Ու Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի ողջ պատմության ընթացքում չի եղել այսպիսի ծանր դրություն. փաստացի ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ որ Արցախյան հիմնախնդիրն այսօր վերածվել է Հայաստանի հիմնախնդրի։ Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ 30 տարվա մեր բանակցությունները, գործադրված մեծ ջանքերն ու հաջողություններն ուղղակի շատ արագ ջուրը գցվեցին։ Բանակցային ողջ պատմության ընթացքում Արցախյան հիմնահարցի ամենաառանցքային թեման եղել է կարգավիճակի հարցը, որի հետ կապված Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությունը հանդիպումներ է կազմակերպել և տարբեր առաջարկներով հանդես եկել։ Նույնիսկ Ալիևն է ընդունում այս իրողությունը։ Իսկ 2016 թվականին խոստովանում էր, որ փակ դռների հետևում իրեն ճնշում են, որ ճանաչի Արցախի անկախությունը։ Բայց իրավիճակը կտրուկ փոխվել է, ու հիմա ոչ միայն հայկական կողմը հանձնառու է փակել Արցախի թեման, այլև միջազգային հանրության ներկայացուցիչները խրախուսում են հայկական կողմին զիջումների գնալու հարցում։

Նախկինում նույնիսկ ամենավատ երազում անգամ անհնար էր պատկերացնել, որ հայկական կողմի ձեռք բերածը կարող է հավասարեցվել զրոյի։ Զուգահեռ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բոլորին մեղադրում է Արցախի հանձնման գործում, բայց իր իշխանության մեղքը չի տեսնում, չնայած հենց ինքն է Արցախը ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի մաս։ Այս ամենի «գագաթնակետը» եղածի նորովի փաթեթավորումն է, որը շրջանառության մեջ դրվեց արդեն ԱԳՆ-ի մակարդակով։ Փաստացի ստացվում է, որ «նախկիններից», Ռուսաստանից, Մինսկի խմբից հետո հիմա էլ Արցախն է մեղավոր, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հարձակման է ենթարկվել, իսկ արցախցիները ուժի սպառնալ իքի ներքո ստիպված են եղել լ քել իրենց բնօրրանը։ Ու մեղավորությունն Արցախի վրա դնելու հանգամանքով են ՀՀ իշխանությունները պայմանավորում նաև արցախահայության իրավունքների հարցը ևս փակելու իրենց մոտեցումը։ Այսպես շարունակվելու դեպքում ՀՀ իշխանությունները կդառնան Ադրբեջանի շահերի լավագույն պաշտպանը, որի մասին Բաքվում ուղղակի կարող էին երազել։ Եթե, իհարկե, արդեն չեն դարձել...
