Արհեստական բանականության (AI) շուկան փորձագետների գնահատմամբ հասնում է 4,8 տրիլիոն դոլարի, ինչը համեմատելի է Գերմանիայի նման երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի հետ։ Ավելին, այդ տեխնոլոգիաները կազդեն աշխատատեղերի 40%-ի վրա։
«Տեխնոլոգիաներ և նորարարություն 2025» իր նոր զեկույցում Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության Առևտրի և զարգացման համաժողովը (UNCTAD) զգուշացնում է, որ չնայած արհեստական բանականության հսկայական ներուժին, դրա զարգացումը չի երաշխավորում ներառականությունը:
Կանխատեսվում է, որ արհեստական բանականության շուկայի ընդհանուր չափը մինչև 2033 թվականը կկազմի 4,8 տրիլիոն դոլար՝ այն դարձնելով թվային փոխակերպման հիմնական շարժիչ ուժերը, նշում են զեկույցի հեղինակները: Սակայն արհեստական բանականության ենթակառուցվածքին և փորձաքննության հասանելիությունը մնում է կենտրոնացված մի քանի երկրներում:
Ընդամենը 100 ընկերություն, հիմնականում Միացյալ Նահանգներից և Չինաստանից, բաժին է ընկնում գիտական և տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումների համաշխարհային կորպորատիվ ծախսերի 40%-ը: Խոշոր տեխնոլոգիական հսկաները, մասնավորապես՝ Apple-ը, Nvidia-ն և Microsoft-ը, յուրաքանչյուրը գնահատվում է 3 տրիլիոն դոլար՝ համադրելի ամբողջ աֆրիկյան մայրցամաքի ՀՆԱ-ի հետ:
Շուկայում նման գերիշխանությունը կարող է խորացնել տեխնոլոգիական պառակտումը` շատ զարգացող երկրներ թողնելով առանց արհեստական բանականության առավելությունների:
Ակնկալվում է, որ արհեստական բանականությունն ամբողջ աշխարհում կազդի աշխատատեղերի 40%-ի վրա և կօգնի բարձրացնել արտադրողականությունը: Ավտոմատացումը, զգուշացնում են փորձագետները, կարող է հանգեցնել աշխատատեղերի կորստի:
Ավտոմատացման օգուտները հաճախ գրավում են կապիտալի սեփականատերերին, այլ ոչ թե աշխատողներին, ինչը կարող է մեծացնել սոցիալական անհավասարությունը և թուլացնել զարգացող երկրներում էժան աշխատուժի մրցակցային առավելությունը: Ընդսմին, արհեստական բանականությունը ոչ միայն աշխատատեղերի վերացումն է, այլ նաև աշխատողների համար նոր ոլորտներ և հնարավորություններ ստեղծելը: Ապահովելու համար, որ տեխնոլոգիաները նպաստում են զարգացմանը, այլ ոչ թե մարդկանց աշխատաշուկայից տեղահանելուն, անհրաժեշտ է ներդրումներ կատարել աշխատուժի վերապատրաստման և ադապտացման ծրագրերում:
