«Թեև վերջին շրջանում անհեռանկար եմ համարել այս իշխանության որևէ ներկայացուցչի հետ որևէ հարցի բովանդակային քննարկումը, այսօր, սակայն, ուզում եմ դիմել ուժային կառույցների կին ղեկավարներին՝ ՆԳՆ, Արդարադատության նախարարության և դատախազության։ Ձեր աչքի առաջ տեղի է ունենում անթույլատրելի, այլանդակ պրոցես, որին դուք պարզապես չեք կարող անտարբեր լինել։ Խոսքը Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների հանդեպ կոկրետ տեղերից, կոնկրետ անձանց կողմից գեներացվող ատելության մասին է։ Սովորական ուղղորդված ֆաշիզմ։ Չի կարելի լռել, անտարբեր լինել, որովհետև դա կարող է բերել անկանխատեսելի հետևանքների։
Սուտ է, թե սա հանրային տրամադրություն է։ Հակառակը՝ արցախցիների հանդեպ մեղադրանքներին հետևում է հանրության պարսավանքը, ճիշտ և հստակ ռեակցիան։ Մեր հասարակությունը տոտալ հաշտ չէ արցախցիների հանդեպ տարվող ատելության քարոզի հետ։
Հարգելի տիկնայք, դժվար չէ հետևել, թե որտեղից են կառավարվում ֆեյքերը, տարաբնույթ լրատվականները, մանր քարոզիչները։ Դա հրեշավոր մեքենա է, որի ողջ կառուցվածքի բացահայտումը իրավապահների համար հեշտ գործ է, ու նաև, շեշտում եմ՝ պարտականությունն է։
Ես պարզապես ուզում եմ զգուշացնել, դուք չեք էլ պատկերացնում ինչ հրեշավոր պրոցես է տեղի ունենում և ինչ անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։ Դուք ունեք լծակներ կանխելու այս պրոցեսը։
Եթե մեզ և արցախցիներին տարանջատելու ու ատելություն սերմանելու փորձեր անողները կարծում են, որ սա պարզապես բերելու է արցախցիների զանգվածային արտագաղթի և դրանով ազատվելու են արցախցիներից, չարաչար սխալվում են։ Սոցցանցերից դուրս այլ տրամադրություններ են։ Պարզապես մի օր արցախցին չի դիմանա, հայաստանցին չի դիմանա, մենք չենք դիմանա...
Հ.Գ. երեկ լսարանում արցախցի ուսանողուհիս նկատեց ինձ մոտ Արցախի դրոշը, հետաքրքվեց, արդյոք, Արցախից եմ։ Պատասխանիս՝ ոչ, սակայն Արցախն իմ հայրենիքն է, հետևեց հուզմունքը, որ իրենք մենակ չեն։ Ուրեմն որքան էլ իշխանության քարոզիչներն ու գրպանային լրատվականները փորձեն ատելություն սերմանել, ես և ինձ նման շատերը մնում ենք նույն համոզմունքին՝ Արցախը մեր հայրենիքն է, արցախցին՝ մեր հայրենակիցը»:
