Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի միջև մշակույթի ոլորտում համագործակցության հռչակագիր է ստորագրվել

ՀՀ Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության և Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության Արտաքին գործերի դաշնային նախարարության միջև ստորագրվել է մշակույթի ոլորտում համագործակցության մասին մտադրության համատեղ հռչակագիր:
Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել են ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը և ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության դեսպան Կլաուդիա Բուշը:
Միջոցառմանը ներկա է եղել նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը:
Նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը ողջունել է ներկաներին՝ կարևորելով երկու բարեկամական երկրների միջև փոխհամագործակցությունը, կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի, սպորտի և երիտասարդության բնագավառներում համատեղ ծրագրային նախաձեռնություններ իրականացնելու հնարավորությունը՝ ի շահ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման և խորացման:
«Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի միջև հարաբերությունները նոր թափ են ստացել հատկապես մշակույթի ոլորտում: Այս փաստաթուղթն էլ համագործակցության ընդլայնման վկայություն է»,- ասել է նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը՝ ընդգծելով երկու երկրների համատեղ նախընթաց ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրագործումը:
Դեսպան Կլաուդիա Բուշը, շնորհավորելով կարևոր փաստաթղթի ստորագրման առիթով, նշել է, որ հուշագիրն ամուր հիմք է ավելի հիմնավոր համագործակցության համար:
«Գերմանական կողմը կարևորում է երկկողմ համագործակցության խորացումը հատկապես մշակույթի և կրթության ոլորտներում»,- ասել է դեսպանը:
Մտադրության համատեղ հռչակագրի շրջանակում կողմերը խրախուսում են փորձի և մասնագետների փոխանակումը երկու երկրների համապատասխան հաստատությունների և կազմակերպությունների միջև, ինչպես նաև համագործակցությունը գրականության, թատրոնի, կինեմատոգրաֆիայի, երաժշտության, կերպարվեստի, թանգարանների, գրադարանային գործի, հրատարակչության, հուշարձանների և ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման ոլորտներում: Խրախուսվում են նաև Հայաստանում և Գերմանիայում մշակութային և կրթական կապերի փոխգործակցությունն ամրապնդող հաստատությունների ստեղծումն ու գործունեությունը:
