Փաստաբան Ռոման Երիցյանը Տիգրան Ուլուբաբյանի և Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության պետի միջև տեղի ունեցած առերեսման տեսագրությունից մի դրվագ է հրապարակել և կից գրառում կատարել։

«Հատուկ նրանց համար, ովքեր կարծում էին՝ իբր Տիգրան Ուլուբաբյանն իրոք կապ ուներ Վանաձորում արցախցի ընտանիքի նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակության հետ և հենց այդ պատճառով է խոշտանգման ենթարկվել տեղի ոստիկանների կողմից, հրապարակում եմ Տիգրանի և ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության պետի միջև տեղի ունեցած առերեսման տեսագրությունից մի դրվագ, որտեղ հենց վերջինս է հերքում Տիգրանի մասնակցությունն ավազակությանը՝ պարզաբանելով, որ իրապես նման կասկածներ ունենալու պարագայում նրան անհապաղ կձերբակալեր։

Տեսագրության երկրորդ հատվածում Տիգրանի և ոստիկաններից Գոռ Խարաթյանի առերեսման դրվագներից մի հետաքրքիր մաս է։

Ինչ վերաբերում է խոշտանգման վարույթի ընթացքին, ապա տեղեկացնեմ, որ մինչ այս պահ չի պարզվել Տիգրանին խոշտանգման ենթարկած 8 ոստիկաններից վեցի, այդ թվում՝ Տիգրանի վրա թքող ոստիկանի ինքնությունը (քննիչը հրաժարվել է ճանաչման ներկայացնել)։

Մինչև այս պահ չեն հարցաքննվել Տիգրանի վկայակոչած վկաները, մասնավորապես՝ ավազակության գործով տուժողները, որոնք էլ խոշտանգված վիճակում Տիգրանին դուրս էին բերել ոստիկանությունից (գրավոր միջնորդությունը դեռևս անպատասխան է)։

Ինքնությունը պարզված երկու ոստիկաններին ձերբակալելու և նրանց մեղադրանք առաջադրելու միջնորդության քննությունը քննիչը հետաձգել է՝ մինչև ինչ-որ անհասկանալի հանգամանքներ պարզելը։

Ոստիկանության տեսագրող սարքերը պարզվել է՝ աշխատում են միայն օնլայն ռեժիմով, այսինքն՝ խոշտանգման օրվա տեսագրությունները չեն պահպանվում։

Քննիչը հավատում է նաև, որ ոստիկանությունում Տիգրանն ազատ էր, իսկ հեռախոսն էլ իր կողքին։ Ոստիկանությունում մնալ վերջինիս որևէ մեկը չէր ստիպում, իսկ տեղում մնալն էր բխում էր իր կամքից (Տիգրանին ուղղված, սակայն անպատասխան մնացած մի քանի տասնյակ զանգերը, վերջինիս պատռված շորերը, «ինքնակամ» մնալու տասժամյա գործողությունը քննիչին ոչինչ չեն հուշում)։

Ապօրինությունների շարքը շարունակելու փոխարեն կարճ հիշեցնեմ, որ հարազատ եղբորն ու հորը հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար կորցրած, վաղ մանկական տարիքից առանց մայր մեծացած, երեք պատերազմի մասնակից արցախցուն ծեծի են ենթարկում, նրա վրա թքում, մազերից քաշում, ծնողների հասցեին հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնում, 7 ժամ ապօրինի ազատազրկում, մինչդեռ որևէ մեկը դրա համար պատասխանատվության չի արժանանում։
