Արցախցիները ակցիա կանեն դատախազության մոտ. ի՞նչ են պահանջում

Մարտի 29-ին տեղի ունեցած արցախցիների մեծ հանրահավաքից հետո՝ պետական մակարդակով ատելության քարոզ է տարվում արցախցիների հանդեպ։ Հասարակությունը բաժանվել է երկու բևեռների։
«Հայաստանի գիտակից հասարակությունը, բնականաբար, արցախցիների կողքին է, նրանք էլ են թիրախավորվում։ Անգրագետ պետք է լինես, որ չհասկանաս, որ այս քարոզը կազմակերպվում է պետական բարձր մակարդակով։ Դուք Ալեն Սիմոնյանի «իռոնյան» տեսե՞լ եք։ Ես չեմ կասկածում, որ արցախցիներին ուղղված նրա՝ «Հայաստանը ներսից պայթեցնելու» խոսքը հենց այնպես է ասել։ Դա հերթական մեղադրանքն էր։ Չեմ բացառում, որ սահմանային լարվածությունից հետո եթե հանկարծ մի բան տեղի ունենա, մեղադրական սլաքներն ուղղելու են արցախցիների կողմը։ Բացի այդ, այս խոր ատելության քարոզը տանում է դեպի քաղաքացիական բախումներ։ Բայց մենք մեր հայրենակիցների դեմ նման դավեր չունենք ու չենք տրվելու մանիպուլյացիաներին»,-MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասում է ակտիվիստ, ՏՏ ոլորտի մասնագետ Արման Ավանեսյանը, նշելով, որ շատ դեպքերում ուշադրության չեն արժանացնում հեգնական ու վիրավորական քարոզին, որը հասցեագրված է արցախցիներին։
«Ատելության քարոզը դատապարտելի է: Եթե սա չեք ընկալում, ուրեմն ոչ մի բան չեք ընկալելու»,- շեշտում է նա:
Ի դեպ, փաստաբան Ռոման Երիցյանը դիմել է իրավապահներին և հաղորդում ներկայացրել, որի հիմքում սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածվող օգտատերերի կողմից ատելության ու խտրական վերաբերմունքի քարոզն է։ Առայժմ պատասխան չկա։
Փաստաբանից բացի՝ Հայաստանի ու արցախյան հատվածի ՏՏ ոլորտի մի խումբ երիտասարդներ երկուշաբթի օրը մեծ ակցիա են նախատեսում դատախազության դիմաց։
«Կոնկրետ հիմնավորված հանցագործությունների մասին մեծ հաղորդում ենք պատրաստվում ներկայացնել, որը կհանձնենք դատախազությանը։ Հանրային ճնշմամբ պետք է ստիպենք՝ գոնե մի մասի հետքերով գնան, այլապես այսքան հանդուրժելն անհնար է»,-ասում է մեր զրուցակիցը։
Այս ամենին զուգահեռ, ՀՀ մի խումբ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, դատապարտելով արցախցիների հանդեպ տարածվող ակնհայտ թշնամանքն ու խտրական վերաբերմունքը, դիմել են լրատվամիջոցների ղեկավարներին, որպեսզի թվային կայքերի ու սոցիալական հարթակներում արված վիրավորական գրառումները հեռացվեն։
«Ցավալի է տեսնել լրատվականների նյութերի տակ արցախցիների նկատմամբ ատելություն և բռնության քարոզ ենթադրող հարյուրավոր մեկնաբանություններ, գրառումներ՝ ինչպես պրոիշխանական տարբեր կենտրոններից և անհայտ ծագման աղբյուրներից կառավարվող կեղծ օգտահաշիվներից, իշխանական քարոզիչներից և աջակիցներից, այնպես էլ իշխանական պատգամավորների կողմից»։
Արմանի խոսքով՝ այսօր Հայաստանի ղեկավարության և բնակչության թիվ մեկ մտահոգիչ հարցը պետք է լինի սահմանային իրավիճակն ու երկրի ներքին ու արտաքին անվտանգությանը, այլ ոչ թե արցախցիների խաղաղ ակցիաները, որով նրանք փորձում են խոսել ոտնահարված իրավունքներից։
«Արցախցիները որևէ վտանգ չեն ներկայացնում։ Ավելի մտահոգիչ հարցեր կան, որոնց մասին բնակչությունը կա՛մ չի ուզում լսել, կա՛մ տեսնել։ Իսկ «ֆեյք» օգտատերերի գրառումները չեն փրկի իրավիճակը»,-հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
